  Horrendous experience

  We have recently returned from a group holiday with friend we did not have any children with us and my heart goes out to the people that did and I have to say I would never return. Don't get me wrong the hotel itself is lovely and clean but what we experienced was horrendous I understand people take full advantage of all inclusive drinks but when you have people that drunk all day and night lying around smashing glasses in the hotel and outside main entrance it's fair to say that is to much hotel staff did nothing about this even when complaints were being made it actually took for a massive fight to break out at 4 am leaving blood up walls and floors police were called . The food was disappointing was always cold and just repeated day after day with a few little changes there is only one bar to cater for the whole of hotel needless to say we would not be recommended this to any of our friends and family to visit

  Sharing for awareness as might not bother certain groups but not as family friendly as you'd think

  *rough post and will revise at the end* Currently on day 5/14. Food isn't as bad as is being made out. There's always been something for everyone to eat. The main problem at mealtimes is that the juice machines are turned off so you have to exit the restaurant and go to the only bar to get your kids juice. There is no separate queue for alcohol/non-alcoholic so you could be waiting for some time. The doors to the pool areas are CLOSED until 10:00 so everyone is locked in and then runs out for beds (embarrassing!). You also require a card for a cup to get your drinks. We've always taken our own travel cups which make the cards invalid. The bar staff reluctantly fill the cups after explaining you could stand and order 2 juices to fill it regardless so it takes up more of everyone's time. Certainly not 4 stars anymore and can say for certain that we won't be returning under the current setup. We were also given the wrong room with 4 beds thrown into a box (certainly not the deluxe family room we booked however, we did eventually get moved on day 3).

  Don’t waste your money. It’s not a good deal for a 4 star hotel. We never write a review whether it’s good or bad but this place needs one. How they’re still saying it’s a 4 star is beyond me. Iv stayed in nicer and better 3 star hotels. There is less rules in a prison than this place. If you imagine a Haven Holiday park on steroids then times it by 3. The food is mediocre at best. The morning snack bar is bread and cheese and the afternoon snack bar is the left over burgers and hot dogs from lunch. (They might add a chicken nugget some days) Want a straw for a drink?? Be prepared to pay, safe in the room?? Be prepared to pay. God forbid you ask for your all inclusive cocktail in a diff glass. The only seating are that gets some sort of sun in the afternoon is an area ‘near a pool’ which they close as soon as the sun comes out. Because it’s near a pool and they don’t have a lifeguard. It’s only adults that sit in the area. Iv yet to see one cleaner other than the maids for the rooms. The communal areas are absolutely filthy. Especially with the weather being so bad and everyone being confined to the hotel. There is only one bar and the queue can be horrendous. (Bar staff are lovely, not their fault the rules are in place). Only 3 cocktails on the all inclusive menu. Only saving grace for this place is the kids club staff. They are brilliant with the kids. If it wasn’t for them we would have been booking a flight home. You live and you learn but it’s a bloody expensive lesson. Shame on Jet 2 for even having this classed as a 4 star.   I’ve debated whether to post as I don’t like to be negative, however I have now been waiting for a reply from my holiday provider for 9 weeks. I was so disappointed with this place. The sunbeds are crammed in. I could see the nose hair of the person on the person next to me we were that close! The pool is slippy, slimmy and the area around the pool was not cleaned properly (they did nt have room to move sunbeds to hair, fluff, food etc…all accumulated in and around the drains and they went then cleared). My son came home with an ear infection. The snack bar is non existent. The food was mediocre. And the staff in the restaurant were great to be fair. The bar staff were over worked. You can’t get your own soft drinks and the ques were about 30-45 minutes long. It was a joke. I really wouldn’t come back here. It stinks of damp.   Just Dont Come Here.

  i debated writing this for a while, and in reading the reviews it was not spoke about at all: the food was always cold even at opening times, we used the microwave to heat the food due to this, additionally there are very limited options and are very repetitive.The room was small and storage was also limited.From the bar, you can only recieve a straw if you are not all inclusive or order something that isnt on the all-inclusive menu, which was infuriating as i had to eat my way through the crushed ice everytime i took a sip.Lack of space around the pool area.Limited kids food options.Cleaning staff were nice however, we looked under the bed to discover a heap of wrappers & crumbs. (lack of effort).Walls are relatively thin, could hear the neighbours dropping things, urinating and flushing the toilet etc. which was unpleasant. personally, i'd never return.
