Location

This hotel is located in a quiet area beside Mar Menuda beach and offers impressive views over the medieval walls of the old town. It is surrounded by trees and situated near the old town, the Roman villas and the archaeological museum. The Tossa Museum, the castle and the mountains with good hiking possibilities are all nearby, and the town centre can easily be reached on foot in 300 m along the beach promenade from the hotel. Tossa is 12 km from Lloret, 20 km from Girona Airport and 75 km from Barcelona.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 50 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Excellent small friendly hotel in brilliant location! Spent 9 nights and can honestly say every single member of staff was kind and helpful! All seemed happy and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean and shower always hot. Lots of comfortable chairs and sofas and always winners available - no obvious saving with towels nonsense! Good was perfectly adequate at breakfast and the couple of evening meals we had were lovely and good value. The bar was well stocked and overall, a great holiday atmosphere, quiet which is what we like!     This hotel was a superb choice for our family get away. It has a fantastic location by the sea in a quiet corner of Tossa de Mar and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was lovely and clean with good sized rooms and a very good breakfast and restaurant service. Tossa de Mar is a picturesque town with a medieval historic area that has stunning views of the coast. It also has a good selection of shops.     The View, cleanliness, friendly very accomodating staff were all top notch. Most of the staff spoke English well. Perfect Location too. Richard, Lori, Gemma Jessica and Mateo went out of their way to make us feel welcome and joyful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and very generous!     Nice relaxing hotel in a lovely location

    Lovely modern hotel right next to the beach. Rooms had a large tv, comfy beds large balcony overlooking the courtyard and a large walk in shower. Shower gel shampoo and hand-wash are provided. There is a coffee machine in the room but there is only tiny espresso cups. You only get 4 pods and 2 creamers for w people. It says a kettle in the room but there wasn't one even though when we asked they said there was but you can obtain hot water through the machine. There was a pool with lots of loungers but some were not in good condition. It's only a few steps to the beach but the beach is full of small pebbles and there is a slope into the sea. We went room only and didn't use the restaurant as the food didn't look like the food we would eat. There is a beach bar that is reasonable and we had breakfast there most days. The staff at the hotel are lovely and the hotel bar is comfortable. We had clean towels every day and pool towels are free to use. The area itself has plenty of shops and restaurants and is easy to get around. The only downside of this hotel is it's down by the beach and coaches are not allowed to drive down so there is an 11 minute walk to find the hotel. Not ideal when you arrive late at night and haven't a clue where it is and you are dragging luggage.     Lovely hotel and holiday.

    Loved this hotel and our whole holiday. Clean & modern, our room was cleaned daily. We had a rear view balcony over the dive school which was fine. The rest of the time spent by the pool or breakfast is at the front with amazing views of the bay and old town. Great that the hotel is right on the beach too if you want to wander over there.The buffet breakfast was fabulous! And all the staff were so friendly and willing to help anytime. We also did about 6km - 10km hiking most days & this hotel is perfectly located for trekking north or south on the Camino de Ronda, or inland through town and onto mountain trails. Most very easy to follow. Very picturesque area - we'll definitely be coming back!
