Location

This hotel is situated right by Pineda de Mar Beach. The establishment lies around 300 m from the centre of Pineda de Mar, where guests will find a range of restaurants and tourist attractions. The neighbouring town of Calella is roughly 1 km away and features a number of shops. Furthermore, the establishment is one hour by train from Barcelona. Barcelona Airport is approximately 75 km from the accommodation.

Facility

488 non-smoking rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and archery. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and tennis. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics. Table tennis and handball or, for a fee, billiards, are among the sport and leisure options available. At the resort offers excellent facilities for leisure and relaxation, including a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Clean and smart but be prepared to queue for EVERYTHING!

    We are currently at the hotel on a family holiday as of the 30th June 2026. I originally posted a one star review on the first day of my visit after becoming so annoyed and frustrated with the number of queues, length of queues and inability of staff to cope with the sheer number of hotel guests. I have never felt the urge to write a review before, such was my disappointment! Although this is still a problem, it is marginally better. My scathing review was unable to be edited so this is hopefully a more balanced overview. There appears to be more staff. It is still dreadful but the hotel is clean, rooms comfortable and a good selection of food. Some smart modern areas, lots of activities and a wide range of beverages. Bar wait times vary from 2-10 minutes. The pool that opens at 9am has people queuing from 8.30am. The pool that allows guests in at anytime has towels on beds from a ridiculous early hour. Expect school dinner queues on entry to the only restaurant. I can only assume in order for the hotel to operate profitably at this price point they have to ramp up occupancy for a footprint once designed for dealing with half number of guests. Apparently the British do not mind queues so this may not be such a problem for everyone, but for me, I could never recommend or return.

    I read all the reviews before booking and my experience was nothing like the raving reviews of the hotel. The rooms were so basic, dirty floors (raised with management), safe broke, phone did not work. The food was ok at best, not a wide selection, luke warm, weird combos on the buffet, soggy veg, over booked pasta, it was not good at all. The best section was the fresh fruit. Food times was chaotic, think school lunch time in a dining hall! Cups run out, glasses run out. It was a free for all, wait staff limited. Food we purchased from the snack bar, was inedible. Cold, greasy and we sent back. You wait minimum 15 mins for a drink, never ever have I had to wait this long in other European hotels and long haul you wait no longer than a minute! The staff are over worked, under staffed and their system is so outdated. Sunbeds are a commodity, if you’re not up early, you get none. We had two incidents of theft, we left our bits whilst we had lunch. Came back someone stole our floaty that was wedged under our bed and had sinkys on top and stole our hat! Reported to management and security. We also had our towels stolen. Lovely fellow guests there were shouting at their kids, screaming obscenities and playing their own loud music by the pool. What we liked.. the water park and entertainment staff were excellent.     Rooms ok food ok drinks ok. Extremely overcrowded and under staffed. 15 minutes to get drink. Invest in some good running trainers if you like a sun bed. Large queue for dinner. Spoke with returning guests who will not be returning.very disappointed after paying a decent amount.     Please we are currently here now and it's sometimes over half hour to get served a drink! There is no system everyone around us are moaning at the wait times it's just no good at all it puts you off wanting a drink yet we've paid all inclusive! Please please sort this out!
