Elian and Paloma are an amazing at the entertainment around the complex both in the day and evening. Brilliant with the kids and adults. They are always so happy and welcoming. Definately recommend will be back x

Avoid this hotel it’s absolutely ridiculous the pools don’t open till 10am I travelled with a 3 year old and we were waiting around for it to open, the second block where they put us was full of young people partying all night still going 6am ! To get a drink even though your all inclusive you have to give them a cup card and if your cup goes to wonders of you forget your card you won’t allowed a drink ! Even tho you’ve paid all inclusive !! One of reception staff I didn’t get his name was mega rude and unhelpful ! The food was average we ate ! There’s no where to sit to watch the evening entertainment we spent two days sat on the floor ! The unnecessary stampede for a sun lounger is unreal ! Would avoid at all costs !!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. There is too much to write in this review regarding how disgusting this hotel is. We’re on our last day and I’ve never been more excited to get home from a holiday. Just a few points: Food is inedible and no choices for children. You get put to bed at 11:30 by security and all lights to public areas and balconies go off at 12am so you are left in darkness. People pooing in the pools, side of pool and down slides.Not everything is included in all inclusive (waffles, milkshakes etc)Mold in air con unitPool area is so dangerous when wet. Children and adults slipping over even when wearing shoesEntertainment is bare minimum and rubbishNo music or entertainment in the bars and pool.One bar closed for the whole of our time here. Check out is 12pm and all inclusive ends at 3pm, so if you’ve got a late check out you’re left either paying for food and drink (including water) or without. No showering or changing facilities once you’re out of your room. We were told to shower in the pool showers but no soap allowed and change in the public toilets, which are covered in water and god knows what.Staff are miserable and unhelpful apart from Abdel (who is amazing). There is so much more. We spoke to the hotel and told “what do you want us to do about it”. Rang love holiday who tried to ring the hotel and help us but the receptionist put the phone down on him.

So we’ve just got back from a weeks stay I’m giving a fair review of this hotel, I’m not fussy but it’s certainly isn’t worth a 4 star. Pool area is lovely the kids loved it location is fab! There are so many stairs! You have to queue to get a sun bed and even then you get pushed out of the way. People put towels on then don’t return till later in the afternoon leaving people sat on chairs at the bar area. Food isn’t the best I’m so glad we were only half board it’s not good enough for all inclusive and we are not picky eaters. If your paying for drinks you get better quality than the all inclusive ones and they are stronger, rooms were basic but tidy and cleaner came every day with fresh towels. So there’s not much going on in the hotel if your not watching the show or entertainment they could do with a bit of music or something in the main bar, plus in the evening the bar gets really busy and loud and the queue for the bar can be long. One issue we had is that they serve until 11:30 then throw you out literally a few minutes later, so we were served a drink at 11:25 then security came over dangling keys in our faces telling us to drink up and go to bed literally a few minutes later and he stood there till we finished very odd! And there’s nowhere to sit and finish the drink so off to bed you go. Some staff are friendly others not so much we had a NICE time but I wouldn’t come here again. It definitely needs a lot of work put into it.
