  Spent 3 nights here mid September. Booked a junior suite as I wanted to be in the main building overlooking the garden. Room was spacious and clean, yes a little dated but I knew this before booking, I didn’t want another generic hotel room so the Rosa was spot on. Pool area was pretty and relaxing and staff were helpful and friendly.The breakfast was very good with some amazing pastries and great coffee. The breakfast room isn’t the best, it’s dull and has no windows so we took our food outside. All in all a great time spent at the Rosa, would definitely return.

  Nicest staff I've ever experienced (especially the receptionist who looked like Bellingham) and Rooms were good. Pool was also perfect. Our booking said that we had a fridge, but we didn't have one, so we told the reception. The next day we had a fridge. Very straightforward. Thanks again. We definitely come back

  We booked this hotel for a “lads wedding party” and were a bit cautious reading the reviews on here. I had to come on and write a review to balance it up because it was a great place for us to stay.Yes it’s a bit dated like the majority of Lloret now but for the price you are paying it is superb value for money given its location.Our party was a booking of 12 rooms and all rooms were spotless. We didn’t have to ask for a thing, air conditioning was working in all rooms, and they had everything everyone needed like hair dryers, fridges, irons.The breakfast was very nice, offering coffee, juices, cereals, pastries, fruit, hot and cold meats.The pool area is very nice with sun on it all day with a bar open all day.Thank you for having us!

  Great budget friendly hotel. Dated but clean

  Recently stayed here after booking a last minute short break with a friend.After reading some reviews we were a bit apprehensive, but should not have worried.The rooms and towels were cleaned daily. The beds were reasonably comfortable.Midweek it was quiet enough for being right in the centre, only on the Saturday night was it more noisy than previous night.Facilities are dated but clean.The pool was small but deep enough for a dive.Breakfast was included and there was something for everyone.Our standards were not high as it was a cheap and cheerful type of holiday.Can’t fault the place

  Dreadfull - Avoid

  Dreadful - Do not be fooled by the presentation of this property on the booking websites.This property is tired and run down and looks nothing like the photos it has posted of its public areas or rooms for that matter.We had booked a 2 night stay Mid August in a Room with a Garden View which when you click on it under the Room Availability heading brings up photos of a lovely bright room with a nice Balcony to sit out on with Pool or Garden views, On arrival we immediately became aware that the property was far more run down than it appears in their photos and is located in a back street area where the front of the property,,where the Pool and Garden ( which is a concreted area with large flower pots ) are located are actually enclosed on the other 3 sides by the backs of what appear to be equally run down properties.Upon checking in we were brought to our allocated Room via a  Lift Lobby & Corridor which disturbingly were covered by heavily stained carpet tiles. Our allocated room whilst resembling the website photos in layout was far darker and the Balcony Area which was fronted by a 4 ft tall solid wall was circa a foot wide by 4 foot long.so barely enough room to stand out on, never mind sit out on. We immediately returned to the Reception and stated to them that this Room was not comparable with the Room type which had influenced us to make our booking and asked to be given a Room of that type ie a Room with a Balcony upon which you could at least sit out on. We were informed that the Hotel was full and that this was the only Room available. We informed the Manager that this was not acceptable and asked for our booking to be cancelled and the payment refunded. The Manager refused this request and then asked us to accompany her to view a room which had a Balcony and a Pool View. She then proceeded to bring us to what looked like a disused part of the Hotel to view a Room that had no Linen on the Bed and that had stains on the mattress as well, We at this point again requested that our booking be cancelled and refunded but this was again refused so we informed the Manager that we were not taking up the occupancy of the Room and returned the key to her and left. On returning from our holiday we sought to seek a refund of our payment from the property on the basis that they did not provide a room as was similar to that as advertised. They have to date refused to acknowledge any wrong on their part and have even stated that we left the property without making our grievances known to them even though we were engaged with them for over an hour trying to get our allocated Room changed.
