    Great base for a holiday

    Very comfortable and friendly place. Not a massive hotel with a pool, restaurant etc but more of a drop your bags and explore kind of place. That said, the staff were lovely, the room was very clean and it was cleaned every day apart from Sunday.

    The hotel itself is very basic but clean. The hotel staff were friendly and understood at English however we asked for a bathtub but received the shower. The room is fair sized but the bathroom is very small. Our room was cleaned daily. This is a budget hotel so don’t expect a lot also the main problem is the noise at night and there is no air-conditioner you have to open the balcony and the noise from the street is very loud and you get woken up a few times a night. I probably would not come again in the summer it would be good to have a hotel with a pool and air-conditioning

    We were disappointed. The room was terrible (dirty, ants, the beds falling apart, uncomfortable, noisy, only one socket for three beds, no hooks to hang our towels on). We wanted to leave the room earlier and go to another one but the hotel did not give back our money.

    We were only staying for 4 nights and just needed a room really. Pros: Friendly staff, room was clean, cheap, great location close to beach and town centre. Cons: No AC, noise from the street, single glazing, uncomfortable pillows. Overall, this hotel is ideal if you're travelling on your own or as a couple. Wouldn't recommend for families. It is basic but doesn't claim to be anything else. If we were staying longer than 4 nights we may have opted to stay elsewhere.

    The price for the staying mirrors the service offered. Once checked in, we found every towels dirty, full of red spots. Although we had asked to change them, the answer was that they had been washed and we had to use them anyways. Rooms are very small and cramped. Pillows were very uncomfortable and sleeping was impossible because of the tremendous noise coming from the street every time of the day and night. Staff is king and easygoing, receptionist speak different languages such as Italian French and English. I won't come back to Lloret and otherwise I won't come back to this hotel.
