    Excellent Customer Service!

    I was in town for business and I got in from my flight rather late. I was tired and not feeling all that great, but had to get some rest and prepare for a speaking engagement the following afternoon. I was hoping for a quick and smooth check-in. Not only did I receive that, I also had a very pleasant conversation with guest representative Dooshima. She was extremely competent, helpful and welcoming. She answered all of my questions with professionalism and patience, and even helped me with a nice hot cup of tea. It would be nice to encounter someone with her attributes more frequently during my travels. I also want to recognize guest representative Ana, who quickly helped me resolve a computer issue the following day. I experienced a great levels of customer service across the board.

    Hotel was nice but the renovations going on there are terrible in terms of noise!Not to much to do in the area without a car

    Unacceptable Service and Disrespectful Treatment

    I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff, especially the lady at the front desk, were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I felt racially discriminated against and treated unfairly. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place. The front desk employee needs to be fired. This was not the service I expected from a hotel of this caliber. Rohan Wollaston, Owner at Hampton Inn & Suites Ft.     Usual Hampton Inn standards. The rooms are a bit dated, but adequate for the one night we were staying there. Good location for the outlet mall.Staff were great, friendly and helpful.Breakfast choice was good and food was fresh.Would stay here again if in the area.
