This popular hotel is located in the heart of town and is only 150 m from the beach. Directly in front of the hotel, guests will find plenty of bars and in the neighbourhood there are numerous shopping venues, restaurants and nightclubs.

Guests have a choice of 205 rooms, including 6 junior suites and 193 double rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) are happy to assist and advise. Amenities at the hotel include a baggage storage service. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities.     Can't fault this hotel, 10/10 all round

    A gem of a find in an otherwise typical resort.Got a good deal with LoveHolidays but didnt believe the hype til I arrived. Transfer bus dropped me off at 1am, and the street was jumping with clubbers. As a (young) 44yr solo female traveller, I was concerned this would be a young people's resort and hotel. But no, the hotel is adults only but a varied age range (no stag/hens allowed). Staff have been attentive, helpful and polite throughout (on night 3 as I type this). The rooms are as you see in the pictures - modern, very clean, bright and fully equipped and stocked (including bathroom goods). Communal areas are modern, stylish and clean as well.The king size bed is so comfortable, i'm napping and still getting a full night's sleep.Windows are triple or double glazed. I'm facing the strip and can hear it but it's not too loud that I cant sleep. Large TV with BBC 1, 2 and ITV.Great selfie mirror for pics.Rooftop pool is quiet, the other pool at Avana is busier (with bar).All clean and easy to access (no rickety metal ladders to climb out using). Loads of sunloungers all day and towels to rent.Location wise, this hotel is perfect! 1 min to beach, 1 min to bus station (if you fancy a day trip to anywhere else). On strip so every shop, cafe, bar, restaurant and club is right here or within 5 mins walking distance.I'm a fitness freak so i'm loving the accessibility of running - beach front, or scenic up steps/past forts/sand trails or even straight main road. Hotel has a very modern gym and access to the larger gym in the adjoining sister hotel too. Access to Boadella beach (naturist) is 40 mins scenic (uphill, gravel, steps etc...) or main road then gravel path is 30 mins.I've already recommended this hotel to friends. If the price is right, I would absolutely come back to this hotel.

    We have stayed here before and our latest stay did not disappoint. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a huge variety and is good quality. Lovely roof terrace with 3 pools and loads of places to sit. We never had a problem getting a sun bed. There is also a pool on ground level. Stayed in room 615 which was very quiet overlooking the pool.Lockers available to leave luggage after checkout free of charge.Highly recommended hotel

    Wonderful hotel. Staff amazing and so helpful. Room very spacious and bed so comfortable. So much choice at breakfast. Great location and only 5 minutes from the beach.

    Just returned home from a 10 night stay & Hotel Delemar delivered - thank you 😄. All the staff are so friendly & professional, whereby they are always carrying out some duty or another to maintain standards each & every day. Its a real team effort by everyone & its clear to see. Lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel with the modern furnishings & spacious chill out areas especially on the rooftop. There's plenty of sunbeds/sofa areas around the 4 pools, so finding the right spot to suit, isnt an issue. Food & drinks are excellent within the hotel. Outside on the streets has everything from fast food places to quality restaurants ( i particular enjoyed finding these tooked away in the side streets), with prices reasonable throughout.     I would like by 1st saying that the negative reviews on here are totally bs , the hotel as soon as I walked in had a beautiful smell and so so clean , staff so friendly and nice .Lockers great , room perfect nice large bed , all the pools and the roof top experience so perfect ,So central and the food was amazing !!
