Awful experience.... Do not stay here if you are British!!

The hotel itself was ok, but I don't think it should be 4 star. The staff weren't very friendly and quite rude. We were often ignored when trying to order, my son was ignored when trying to order snacks. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for British holiday makers as we were made to feel as if we were an inconvenience. I have never experienced a holiday like it. The hotel also advertised a waterpark, which on arrival we were told we could only use it for one day. I booked this hotel based on the waterpark because I was travelling with my 8 year old son. The indoor pool was unkept, and several of the children in the hotel developed rashes from the pool which needed treatment in the local chemist. When I informed reception, I was patronised and told that the pharmacy were just trying to make money. Regardless of the fact several children using the pool developed the same rash, and a few cut their feet while in the pool.The hotel was full of rude, local teenagers.

not impress with this hotel...dated not clean..poor food choices bad menu..I am 100 percent not happy...the corridors was like walking through a prison hallway...There was rubbish and old bedding and old matreeses lying in an unkempt room or storage room off the hallway with the door openeed which stored old furniture..mattress .The room was disgusting with chipped steel bed frames looks like they were taken from a scrap heap..The worst hotel ever..I am surprise that part of the hotel had been opened for tourist to stay...I should really ask for a refund

From start to finish everything was amazing!

From start to finish we had an amazing time. starting from the welcome, after a long draining journey they explained everything with a smile. Location is fantastic and room was perfect looking over the pool and entertainment. Yes it can be a little noisy but that's expected and really isn't that bad. A short walk to the water park as expected and food buffet was great for adults and children. We didn't want to leave and will most certainly be back in the future.

We stayed here for 1 week i have mixed feelings over the hotel we was half bourd but we had no kettle or fridge in are room staff OK attentive x no entertainment x the water park 3 hotels away up a very steep hill x its OK nothing to shout home about

I stayed at the hotel for a week with two friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hygiene was also very good. Breakfast was quite early for a place like Lloret. There wasn’t always space by the pool, but if you arrived a bit later, you could almost always find a sun lounger. It was a shame, though, that you had to buy a fridge for the room separately. The Wi-Fi was very poor.
