Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. Room very clean and well equipped. Cleaners were helpful and happy. Comfortable bed. Pleasant pool area. We stayed half board and there were lots of choices of food at a good quality. Only a 5 minutes stroll to the seafront. In a built up area so don’t expect a spectacular view. We had room 104 which had a view of the side access road and bins. Bit disappointing but it was fine really. We booked with Jet2 and we were dropped off and picked up outside of the hotel. Lots of reviews stating they were dropped off at the bus depot, this wasn’t the case for us.We left before the breakfast service times and there was no provision for an early breakfast. We would have been happy with bread and jam but nothing was offered.We had a great time and would be happy to book again

I chose this hotel by chance and have absolutely no regrets! We were greeted by friendly staff right away, and the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere immediately stood out. Our room wasn't large, but it had been recently renovated and was spotless. It was equipped with everything necessary—hairdryer, fridge, safe, shampoo, and shower gel—as well as disposable amenities like a comb, toothbrush, razor, and so on. We had a balcony with a city view. The hotel has excellent soundproofing. Our room was cleaned regularly, with towels and bed linen changed whenever needed. I’d also like to highlight the food: we had breakfast and dinner included. Everything served in the restaurant was delicious; even though our family can be quite picky eaters, every dish was excellent! There was something new on the dinner menu every day. The hotel’s location is also fantastic: close to the beach, shops, restaurants, the bus station, and everything else you might need. We will definitely be back, and next time we’ll bring our two older children along.

The hotel has been brilliant. After serious thunderstorms last night with over 250mm of rainfall, the staff have been amazing in dealing with the flooded dining room and reception. What a sterling effort. We are so grateful for your hard work. Thank you so much.This hasn’t put us off this hotel and we would definitely come back.

Nice hotel, but with some issues.

The hotel seemed good at first, the bathroom was certainly very nice and everything worked as it should. We had a pool view room on the 2nd floor with a balcony so we had a decent view. Unfortunately on the 2nd day after eating at the pool bar I got food poisoning from the salad garnish I think, as my wife didn’t eat it and she was ok and we didn’t eat anywhere else.I was violently sick 6 times and lost my appetite so I couldn’t enjoy the meals until about the 5th day. This was unfortunate as it was my wife’s birthday and we couldn’t enjoy a nice meal together.On the 3rd day we had a cockroach in the bathroom that I disposed of, but then later that night we were in bed reading and a huge one dropped on my head! We demanded to be given another room but were told there were none available. Upon insisting we change, one suddenly became vacant on the 4 th floor but a street view. This was ok for one night, then we were given another pool room next door to our old one, so changed rooms twice. I understand that cockroaches are rife in Spain but the night receptionist was rather offhand with us as if we were making a fuss over nothing. Well I don’t come on holiday and expect inch long bugs to drop on my head in bed! Other than that, the hotel was good enough, the food was decent once I could enjoy it, the beds were comfortable and the aircon was quiet with a large fan to supplement the air flow.
