This attractive hotel lies in the middle of the tourist centre of Calella, only separated from the sandy beach (50 m) by a seafront street. Restaurants, bars, a diverse range of shopping facilities and nightclubs are within around 300 m. A stop on the public transport network is located only some 25 m from the hotel. The town centre is just around a 5-minute walk away.

13 junior suites, 7 single rooms and 142 double rooms are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers picnics. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.

    Excellent Hotel. Would not stay anywhere else.

    Excellent hotel with superb sea views. We have stayed here many times over the past 15 years, always trying to coincide our visit with the Fiesta Major. The rooms have tea making facilities and are kept to a high standard of cleanliness. The staff are helpful and friendly. We were half board and the food was excellent despite, us not being meat eaters. Usually several varieties of fish in an evening along with a variety of salads & vegetables. Can’t really comment on the meat as we don’t eat it. The restaurant can be a little too warm in very hot weather & you may have to wait for a seat at peak times but this has never put us off as the positives far outweigh the inconvenience. The staff in the restaurant are excellent. The front of staff, particularly Arianna, are welcoming & very helpful and the young waiters & waitresses are pleasant & make sure the tables are quickly cleared and cleaned.The pool is small but there is an inside spa area that apparently is going to be refurbished this year. The rooftop ,adults only terrace, has loungers & several jacuzzis. There is occasionally entertainment at the attached bar on the seafront but we usually go into town anyway.In conclusion we would not consider anywhere else as overall it is an excellent hotel.

    location perfect because of the beach and center. Rooms are okay, beds too small in our opinion and very unstable matrasses, could feel every movement from partner. cleaning every day. The size of restaurant is too small for the amount of rooms in this hotel. We like a bit of space when eating but tables are too close to each other, feels like all people were at same table. service was fine. we had an issue with the fan on the ceiling and was fixed same day.

    The bathroom has no sink. The sink is in the bedroom and close to the bed. This design feature does not seem to be specified in the room amenities. Hotel staff claim that people do not complain about this feature. This sink would be better used as a space to put your cases or a desk.Also shower/toilet room door is translucent so the light from the bathroom keeps others up at night.Bathroom only has a shower unless you book a family room.The pool is smaller than what appears in the photos.

    We booked three rooms. One couple in our trip left the hotel due to poor aircon (no aircon).I booked this hotel for the gym - which was out of order and poor quality with an additional daily charge that wasn’t advertised. It had 1990s equipment that was out of order and only had two sets of small old DBs. See photos of advert and reality. I had to pay to walk to another gym every day. My friends left the hotel, breakfast was average and service was sporadic. Our friends were not treated well when they asked for a refund and left the hotel as one was heavily pregnant with no aircon. Activities and adverts do not match reality. Short walk from town so we ate out as much as possible and spent the days on the beach rather than the crowded pool.
