I am very satisfied with our stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, right in the centre of Lloret de Mar, making it easy to reach all the main attractions and interesting places on foot.The atmosphere was lovely and welcoming, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from.Our room was clean and comfortable, and it was cleaned every day. The hotel also offered great value for money. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and we were able to enjoy our stay comfortably.Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Lloret de Mar!

Lovely hotel in a fantastic position,across the road from the beach. Room was very nice, cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Bed was huge and very comfortable.We had a sea view which was great for sitting on the balcony people watching.Shower was great, a rain shower and a smaller head for when I didn't want to wash my hair. We stayed half-board. There was plenty of choice and food was nice. The hot food was cooked to order, so there was sometimes a queue but not too bad. We did go out to eat some evenings but just for a change, nothing wrong with the food.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The pool was on the roof.It was small and only about 16 beds with no umbrellas. Apparently, they can blow away so they don't have them. It was much too hot for me with no shade so we spent most of the time at the beach.Nice little bar with snacks and drinks at reasonable prices.The mojitos were great.A couple of things that could be improved. There wasn't a kettle only a coffee machine with two free pods. You had to purchase more if wanted. As I drink tea I had to buy a kettle and cups.A kettle would have been good. There was only one small bin in the bathroom. Really need one in the bedroom as well. Usb ports would be welcome as there were none. The internet was free, but very hit and miss.The room had a small fridge which didn't work very well. We had to throw the milk away every other day . Also, I begrudge paying for the safe. 5 euro a day is slot if money when staying 2 weeks.All these things were just niggles. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and would stay again.

The location was right by the beach, with a superb sea view. It was a very comfertable relaxed atmosphere. Our room was very clean and spacious, bathroom was modern with ll the amenities and clean towels daily. Most of the time the hotel was very quiete, but they probaly need soft door shutters as the noise from banging doors at night. The buffet breakfast was very nice in terms of choice, as previously mentioned, there was a line waiting for hot cooked food but it was not too bad. Roof top pool was superb, ok limited sunbeds but they also had a seated area near the roof top bar. In the heat of the day they could do with supplying parasols. Overall 2 weeks in september was brilliant and the hotel staff made our holiday.

The hotel is nice and staff were really helpful stayed for 3 nights half board but decided to go out for evening meal as it was mainly fish on the menu and the wait for them to cook anything was too long. Room was lovely. The pool area was very small so paid for sunbeds on the beach. Great location.
