    Another year another stay at this lovely hotel

    This our 4th time at this hotel as we like it so much. The staff are very friendly and recognise us every time we go back. The food is very good and there is so much to choose from to eat that you will never go hungry. The rooms are very clean as is the whole hotel. There is a very good atmosphere around the hotel as there are a lot of antiques and lovely old pictures all around.One tip is that if you book a very early flight you might have to hang around and wait for your room to be ready as that happened this year but we made the best of it and had something to eat and drink round the pool so it didn't really turn out to be a problem. Every other time we have been we have taken the later flight and arrived just before tea which was plenty of time to have a wash and get ready for the evening meal. I wouldn't really recommend staying here if you had young children as there isn't much to do and they would probably get bored but it is an ideal hotel for the older couple who just need to chill out.Tossa de Mar itself never disappoints and the weather was beautiful. We hope to go again next year.

    Don’t waste your money!

    Spent half the holiday waiting around for staff to serve us.Made us feel completely unwelcome the whole time my family have been here.Advertised as a spa hotel but have to pay extra. Expected my partner who’s 5 months pregnant to go to the 4th floor to then come into our room which is up another flight of stairs.Absolutely disgusting. Glasses sat on the side longer than my holiday lasted. Honestly stayed in nicer 1 star hotels than this place.All staff need retraining in hotel industry as the service is just poor.No one on the upstairs bar.Requested drinks and waited 45 minutes!!!!Save your money and go elsewhere. Would rate this 0 if I could!

    Hotel and room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Well stocked bar and pool area was very nice. Only negatives were no tea/coffee making facilities in room and hotel was very noisy from around 6am so if you like a lay in take earplugs. It was a lovely experience though despite this. Staff were top draw
