  We changed hotels to come here and im so glad we did. We had an amazing holiday. The animation team were great with the kids, the pools were lovely granted everyone runs for a bed in the morning but thats not a fault of the hotel, dinner times could be a bit manic but none of us went hungry we always found something to eat.The hotel was so clean, they work so hard in there day and night. We loved our time there and we will be back one day ??

  The hotel itself is very dated and needs a makeover although the pool area seems to be more up to date.There are so many different rules for the all inclusive what times you can get certain drinks and which bar you can get them from example only coffee and spirits can be got inside. Any drinks only served after 10. Pool bar doesn't open until 11 so if you have been in the pool and are wet you can't go inside to get a drink.Food is at best 3/10 restaurant is over crowded and people pushing in. Not enough tables food seemed cold.The day it was raining no bar snacks were available.We were charged for the safe (understanable) but also the fridge that was already unlocked and other guests were not charged for this. Bedding not changed all week, bin not emptied. Overall rest of hotel seems reasonably clean.

  Very disappointing holiday – great location but too many problems

  We have just returned from a family holiday here with our two children, and unfortunately we were very disappointed with our overall experience. There were some positives, but there were also so many issues that it had a significant impact on our holiday.**Arrival and transfer:**After a flight to Barcelona, we were left waiting for over an hour in direct sunlight across the road from the airport for our transfer to arrive. We then had approximately a 3-hour transfer to the hotel. When we finally arrived, we were told there was no running water in the hotel for around 3 hours. We were told this was because the whole street was affected and there was nothing the hotel could do, which may well have been the case, but after such a long journey it was incredibly frustrating to arrive and not even be able to use the toilet or wash properly.**Restaurant:**The restaurant was probably the biggest source of stress for us. There was basically no queue system. People pushed and shoved their way into the restaurant and then continued pushing and shoving once inside to get to the food. It felt like getting into a football stadium rather than a restaurant. There were no barriers and very little attempt from staff to control the crowds.We were travelling with two children and I honestly started dreading breakfast and dinner. On one occasion, we were shown to our table, put our drinks down and went to get our food, only to return and find another family sitting at our table. We were left standing there with plates of food and nowhere to sit.We actually ate out on some evenings simply because we couldn't face the chaos in the restaurant. The food itself was mediocre — nothing terrible, but certainly nothing amazing and just "okay" in our opinion.**Sunbeds:**The daily sunbed situation was another battle. People were queuing from around 9am to get a sunbed, while many beds were then left unattended for hours. It made getting a sunbed feel like another competition rather than a relaxing holiday.**Other guests:**Unfortunately, there were also quite a lot of rude and inconsiderate behaviour from other guests. People would push past you into the lifts even when you were already standing there waiting and queuing.There were also large groups of teenage boys being extremely loud and obnoxious around the pool, blasting music and behaving stupidly in the pool. On one occasion, one of them actually sat on my sunlounger while I was in the pool.**Noise:**We also experienced significant noise from other rooms every night, which regularly disturbed us and made it difficult to relax and sleep properly.**Room:**Our room also had a light that wasn't working and there was visible mould in the bathroom. Very very basic furniture and dated decor. Again, not what we expected from our accommodation. The hallways to the rooms stunk of urine and looked like something from a horror movie, dark and like a 70s time warp.**Entertainment:**The daytime entertainment was very repetitive. It seemed to be the same aqua gym/dancing activities with the same songs every day. After a few days it became very repetitive and there didn't seem to be much variety.**The positives:**It's not all negative. Fenals Beach is lovely. The sand is made up of fine grains which makes it easy to brush off, and we really enjoyed the beach itself.The pool is also nice and the hotel has potential. Unfortunately, the behaviour of some guests and the lack of organisation around the restaurant and sunbeds really took away from what could otherwise have been a much more enjoyable stay.Overall, this was a very stressful family holiday rather than the relaxing break we had hoped for. Some of the issues were outside the hotel's control, such as the water outage, but others — particularly the restaurant crowd control, sunbed situation, noise and general management — could have been handled much better.For us, the negatives unfortunately outweighed the positives and we would not choose to return.

  Location is good, not so far from the seashore (Platja de Fenals). The atmosphere is also great, especially by the pool with a lot of foreigners from all over the world there. The room I had was cozy and confortable with a small balcony. The neighborhood is a silent place, so Ive never been disturbed by noises. The cleaning services are also good (those Gambian girls were doing a great job). The employees at the reception desk are professionals, kind and willing to help. The facilities at the hotel (bars, gym, spa, recreation room, restaurant) are also on my taste.
