Location

This hotel is located in Lloret de Mar. In just a few minutes' walk, guests will reach the lively centre with its countless bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, and links to the public transport network. It is just 300 m to the beach, and Costa Brava airport is some 30 km away. The ideally central position of the hotel makes it the perfect place from which to explore Lloret de Mar.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 77 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions.     The hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised, the water slides you see on the pictures are only available from the end of May to September, this wasn’t advertised correctly when we booked. We paid for all inclusive and the food served for breakfast, lunch and dinner was cold, everyday we were there. All inclusive privileges were only accessible from 11am which was disappointing. Supposedly we had some of the best rooms in the hotel, this was an overstatement, the rooms were tiny and unclean. The floors hadn’t been swept when we walked in,There was a dead fly on the floor and clumps of hair and dust scattered around the room. Feel like we have overpaid for the services provided. Although I will say the reception staff were all lovely and welcoming.

    It’s okay but there were like 100 ants 🐜 on the table next to the tv water.Slides aren’t on until June food made me sick we were waiting 30 to 50 minutes for reception room smelly and don’t ever book hear 0 stars

    Travelled me and my 3 kids, felt safe here, we were placed on 4th floor but we don’t like lifts so got moved to 1st floor (have a baby) wasnt a problem for the staff at all, very grateful we had a very large room with 2 bathrooms. The indoor pool we felt lets the hotel down. The food hall can get very busy, but there was plenty of choice at breakfast. Also bar staff are very friendly!     Dirty place, not once did they hose the beds and pool area on the upper floor, filthy sticky dirty floors. Food was plenty but awful. Miserable staff. No entertainment during the day in our 1st 4 days of stay. Entertainment in the evening is dire, 30 mins kids disco followed by a dance act, and trust me they like there dance act here, but what child wants to watch a 70yr old flamenco dancer slamming her hobnail boots around the stage and flashing her marks and spencers Bridget jones knickers. Shame as the hotel has potential.

    Been here for 3 days now . And its a poor place to stay . Food around the pool is a joke . Staff around the pool are not friendly. Ants in the room , room not great , shower is poor . Full hotel is dated . Wouldn't come back here . Breakfast is poor .2 star place
