We stayed in two Urban City rooms with the family for the Ironman Barcelona-Calella. The rooms were quiet, tidy, clean and modern, with comfy beds and nice furniture. Great breakfast, and very friendly, service-minded staff.The staff really stepped up when the race was unfortunately cancelled. On Monday morning, disappointed athletes and spectators were all heading for the airport while the railway was still closed after the rainstorm. Thanks to an excellent effort from the reception staff, we managed to get our taxi in time and made our flight back to Norway.We’ll be back, hopefully to see the sunny side of Calella and the hotel!

Just back today from here. 5 star?? More like 3. to start hotel tried to take money from us twice for same stay when we called they refused to take responsibily only my husband had screenshot the payment leaving bank, they tried to cancel our bookimg altoghther. After 3 days of calls and emails it was finally sorted, with no apology, stress that ee didnt need. Upon arrical to hotel staff were not very friendly, all they wanted to inform us was all the extra costs for indoor pool and roof top pool, we already paid over the odds for hotel but have to pay extra for every fascility. Ony memebers of staff that was friendly was the little barman and the cleaning lady. The rest we found very rude and unaccomodating. Would not return.

Stayed at this hotel for the weekend just gone october 2nd this hotel is is a very good hotel check in was swift hassle free staff very nice the hotel room was clean modern very stylish the beds were super comfy the hotel was very quiet at night the pool area very nice food from there was really good and reasonably priced the hotell was in a very good position for exploring callela 5 mins walk too centre 2 mins from beach. The hotel staff were all very nice and happy too help even the cleaners. I love everything about this hotel and will definitely return very good also a big congratulations too the hotel and staff for the great work saturday night Sunday coping with everything the big storm threw at the hotel and resort because that was some serious weather we all endured......

Great hotel in Calella

Overall a great hotel.The hotel is beautiful and clean.Pool is small but there was enough beds when we were there.Staff are brilliant! Especially the bar team in the evening.Food not too badCocktails are lovely.20 euros each for the roof top pool is a bit expensive when it just comes with access no other perks so that is a down side though the rooftop area is lovely.

The location was very good, near the beach and centre, but still quiet. The rooms had a very good size & comfortable bed, but the toilet was small and not private. The room was also quite dusty. The staff were all extremely friendly & helpful especially at the pool. The cooked breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were served luke warm at best. This was the biggest let down. The hotel itself was good and we had a very relaxing time and overall enjoyed the experience. It just isn't a 5 star hotel, which other couples were mentioning too.
