  A noisy, drunken hotel with unfriendly security and staff.

  The hotel looks great from the outside, but the experience inside is very different—and honestly concerning. The rooms seem fine at first, but you quickly start noticing cracks, strange noises, and signs of wear that make it feel like things aren’t properly maintained.What’s most worrying is that some parts of the hotel feel unsafe. Our balcony is visibly tilted, and the fence is unstable, to the point where it genuinely looks like it could give way. That’s not just uncomfortable—it’s a real safety risk and something a hotel should never overlook.On top of that, the staff and security were unfriendly and overly intrusive. It’s hard to relax when you’re constantly being stopped, questioned, and asked for ID. While checks are understandable, the way it’s handled feels excessive and stressful rather than professional. A friend of mine was also not allowed to enter the hotel just to visit, which made things unnecessarily restrictive.The noise level is another major issue. There are many young guests who are constantly drinking, shouting, and blasting music from speakers all around the hotel. It’s nearly impossible to get any sleep—noise continues late into the night and often until around 4am. The hotel is continuously inspected and our maintenance team carries out thorough checks to ensure that all facilities are safe and in good condition for our guests.Regarding the security staff, their role is to maintain order, ensure guests’ comfort, and control access to the hotel, always with the aim of guaranteeing everyone’s safety and rest. For this reason, access for non-guests may sometimes be restricted.As for the noise, although there may occasionally be guests behaving in an inconsiderate manner, we do have security staff present every night to intervene and help maintain a calm atmosphere within the hotel. In any case, we would appreciate being informed through reception at the time so we can act as quickly as possible.Kind regards.

  It smells like poop in the rooms. The smell is terrible I'm just dying over here. Its super noisy I can hear everything from my neighbors. The breakfast is not that tasty and not a lot of options. The pool is nice. Location is nice. But I will NEVERRRRRR come back here. The airco is in the inside dirty. Under the bed is dirty. Everything is just dirty and it smells. Regarding the smell in the room, we would have appreciated it if you had informed us during your stay so we could check whether it was an isolated issue and, if necessary, offer you an immediate room change.As for breakfast, we are surprised by your comment, as our buffet includes a wide variety every day: fresh fruits, cereals, yogurts, toast, cookies, pastries, hot dishes, vegetables, pasta, different toppings, and items freshly prepared at our show cooking station.   This hotel needs new management.

  Stayed one night at this hotel. Kept awake with banging doors and a wake up call at 2.35 am. My complaint wasn’t logged, the response being a shrug of the shoulders. Breakfast was chaotic and needs to be logically laid out. E.g. tea bags at one end, hot water at the other and milk half way between!

  The rooms are terrible, small, everything is old and broken, leaks on the walls, there was a constant flow of young drunk and drugged people, shouting and screaming at any time of the day, just terrible
