  Amazing time with lovely people

  We spent 2 weeks at the hotel Marsol we had agreat time the hotel was immaculate the food was so good we had fussy eaters in our party and there was something for everyone the staff were lovely nothing toi much trouble i would say thanks ti Manel for always making us smile to guille (will) abd Simein who i know has gine home now so if someone could forward this please and our biggest shout outs and thanks goto Tania who made us feel so welcome and genis the barman who we had many chats with and want to thank . I would say our only negative was we had atriple room which was obviously adouble with an extra bed which left us without any room and theres not enough storage and Pepe who really lets the hotel down he never smiles and only speaks to spanish visitors and is very rude too all the waiting staff who work there butts off and get n8 respect but to everyone else abig THANKYOU from the crazy always laughing english family memories made .   4 star hotel but not four star experience.

  The location of hotel is excellent the food for breakfast was good and plentiful that is why I have gave 2stars the rest let's the hotel down and I don't agree with its four star status, our first morning we were woken by cleaner at 8.40 am to clean room on our last day woken again at 8.20 am our room was small and very dark the view was straight into the next hotel with an alleyway separating the two, there is no where to dry clothes from beach or pool speaking of which has a small roof top pool with maybe 8/10 beds that are very uncomfortable and a few broken although there are cameras in reception of pool area no one comes up to check what is going on we witnessed some people coming to pool with drinks from the bar in pint glasses in such a small area it is dangerous therefore we would not chose to stay at hotel again.   Absolutely loved our stay

  The location of this hotel is superb. We had a comfort room which overlooked rooftops and the wonderful church. I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only fault I can find is the pool, the sunbeds are literally on their last legs and extremely uncomfortable. There are only around 10 beds up on the top.   A great stay at Hotel Marsol

  Our first visit to Lloret de Mar, a beautiful place and hotel Marsol is a great place to stay.Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and was nice and quiet meaning a good nights sleep was had. The restaurant has a great view and although busy had a relaxed atmosphere.We had both breakfast and evening meals, both had a great variety and all the food was lovely and fresh.All staff we encountered were great but special mention must be given to the reception team.Sadly easyJet managed to loose our luggage but the reception team were great, pointing us to places we could get some clothes and also to local launderette. They also looked out for us coming in and let us know as soon as the bags turned up. Location was superb, right on the front - would recommend staying here without question.
