  AVOID……This is not like any four start I’ve stayed at previously. We arrived to our rooms not being cleaned after the previous people had left , our shower was completely overflowing into the room and hallway whenever it was used and this was a previous issue because of the water damaged bathroom door, we were told to use the changing room showered on the same floor which had the exact same issue none of the downstairs drains work. A family staying next to us had their child’s large sum of money and mothers purse stolen out of the room whilst they were at the entertainment in the hotel the hotel staff were so unhelpful to this family the management hid and then blamed the husband and they were absolutely 0 help very hard to watch how indecently management handled the breach of safety and trust in his hotel (cleaner last to leave room on cctv) , many other families staying at the hotel while we were staying had jewellery, money and personal belongings stolen by working staff. Another room was completely broken into with the lock busted through the wall on our floor which lead to my family feeling completely unsafe during our stay.Another incident were me and my child’s were in the elevator were a worker got in with very little English and started asking me about which passports me and my daughter had which I found highly suspicious..Disregarding the thief’s for staff they employe the staff are immensely unfriendly and honestly we felt like a nuisance for ordering our food or any interaction we had with reception or bar staff no friendly faces to greet you just grumpy looks and grunts for thanks we felt so uncomfortable ,lifeguards are extremely ill mannered with kids he blows his whistle and will shout at your child for no good reason. My 8 year old got shouted and whistle blown multiple times for swimming in a pool were she was allowed to swim as he thought she was under 6 she was too afraid to go back into the pool after this incident even after me speaking with him. The kids entertainment says 9.30 doesn’t start till 10pm which is too late for any kids I know … the food is much of the same everyday and not 4 star we ate out most nights… walls are paper thin so we did not sleep during our stay as there were unsatisfactory people arguing and screaming into all hours or the night most nights (one incident were my partner got up because we thought someone was getting hurt in the corridor) that staff also weren’t bothered about as they were paying guests too …Honestly the pictures of this hotel look promising but there is a undercurrent of corners being cut and cheap staff who don’t care are being employed one of the worst places we have stayed at I would never go back after the experience we had I felt so unsafe with the hotel break ins and belongings being robed that I had my child in my bed next to me every night.. honestly stay clear of this place I’ve stayed at better no stars

  After reading the reviews for this hotel I was slightly worried about my visit, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean, the staff were lovely, the room was beautiful and not at all dated. There was a wide variety of food, and never had to queue for it, nor were there any hygiene issues. Bar staff were prompt at serving everyone. There was no shortage of sunbeds or parasols, although space for them could be a problem, this was due to guest selfishness rather than a hotel issue. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come to visit again

  WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!Went here for 4 nights in september. Worst hotel ever:Food:Tasted vileNothing is labelledLeft all uncovered with flies all over itChips tasted and looked like they had been used from left over lunch/dinnerFood hall is chaosHave to queue up for ages just to get a drinkDrinks tasted vileHotel:Walls,ceiling, floor are very thin you can hear everything and everyone at all hoursHotel staff not helpful or the friendliestfeaces smeared up the wall in the main hotel toiletsOver run with rude guests that push in queues and are overall unpleasantThis was a horrific experience which make us ill and ruined the holiday completely i would never return or recommend to anyone.

  Just came back from 3 nights at this hotel. I’d say we got what we paid for. The only mega downside to this hotel is lack of space around the pools, only chairs could fit around the outskirts of the pool and not sun loungers. Food- was a typical rat race, people pushing in to get what they want. Food was pleasant but they forgot to put the heat lamps on- so was cold. Kids pool and slides looked amazing!Room- was on small side but fine for two guests, bed was actually comfy and big. Bathroom nice-our shower head (big waterfall head) was slightly blocked but had another shower head attached, so was a major issue. Staff- experienced one that looked happy to be there, but others grumpy and not pleasant. Expect a lot of Spanish tourist, some getting favourited when at bar over British, witnessed this a lot, even when the Brits was first at bar. Drinks- not self service in the restaurant area at lunch/evening- this became annoying, as people had to line up. Maybe improve this to limit big lines in a busy very busy restaurant. Breakfast time you could help yourself to juice, coffee etc.

  Just back from family holiday at Oasis splash hotel, it wasn't great but we made the most of it for the kids sake 12 year old and 9 year old.. the rooms are tiny. Myself and my husband my son amd my daughter all had to fit in 2 double bed pushed together, you could move in the room it was so small and basic, no kettle.. the shower head was broken the sink in bathroom was absolutely filthy when we arrived and kept filling up when brushing teeth or washing hands disgusting.. no anti slip mats in shower tray as a result my daughter slipped and banged her head she had to wear her crocs in shower afterwards, no anti slips mats around pool areas or by the slides my daughter and many other children slipped by the slides as no maths down the tiles were very wet.. the all-inclusive bar close at 11pm food was average staff at reception were quite rude.. not enough parasols for the beds around pool and slide areas, a very rude couple had 4 around them when I asked nicely could I have 1 parasol please to shade my children I was told to f##k off.. alot of very rude guests at the hotel , the restaurant area is like a cattle market for breakfast lunch and dinner everyone on top of each other... the hotel very run down its definitely not 4 * more like 2 star... definitely won't be back. Very disheartening after spending good money to be there thankfully it was for 4 days I was actually delighted to be leaving it to be honest.
