This hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the tourism centre of Blanes, 200 m from Los Pinos beach. Facility

55 non-smoking rooms, including 11 junior suites, 11 single rooms and 31 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Excellent experience with this hotel, no niggles at all. East access to more lively areas such as the beach and town.

    This is such a lovely hotel, we had a great week long stay, booked at the last minute via their own site. Our room (503) was spacious, with a balcony over looking the pool area. The bathroom and shower is large, with a walk in shower, very secure under foot and powerful. The beds are excellent and we slept well. The rooms are cleaned daily, lots of towels and a TV with some English speaking. The pool area is small but has all you need and is spotless. We had breakfast a couple of times and there is plenty of selection, hot and cold. The staff were so helpful and efficient, special mention to Leaf (lady on reception) who booked our return airport taxi, (65e) as the bus schedule changed on 7th Sept. The costs for the 30 min bus ride from the airport is 11 euros each, taxis at the airport quoted 100 euro. The beach, and town centre is 10 mins walk away, lots of taxis around and a good supermarket 5 mins from the hotel. We got the airport bus to Blaines bus terminal which was 3 mins walk away from hotel. We used Vintaged across the road from the hotel for a warm welcome, great coffee and good food. Blaines is fairly flat for walking purposes, this hotel is also easy to access if your mobility is not good. While there is a lot going on around the hotel, its in a residential area, everything goes quite around 10.30 ish so sleep quality is good. We were very happy with this hotel.     Fraudulent business practices

    Charged me for staying even though I cancelled 3 months prior! Then they tell me they never received my cancellation email… Very questionable business practices, do not trust this hotel.I will be pursuing legal action if the charges are not reversed. Esther Gelmà, Director General at Hotel Petit Palau, responded to this review This is called the Cancellation Policy, which all Hotels have.For the cancellation to be valid for both parties, the client must have received confirmation by mail that the Hotel cancels their reservation. If you did not receive it from the hotel, it is because the hotel did not receive your request and the reservation was still valid, which is why you were charged for 1 day of stay as it was a no show. We have already informed you on all the social networks that you have commented on. The hotel has no problem canceling a reservation without charges as long as there is good communication between the client and the Hotel, if only the communication is on one side and the other does not respond then it is of no use.Regards,Booking Department

    I had an exceptional stay at Petit Palau during five days recently. The whole staff was friendly, sincere and always welcoming, including the breakfast and cleaning personnel. There are many things to praise, but a few things deserve to be highlighted. First of all the bed, it was fantastic, super comfortable! The shower was modern and had a luxurious touch to it.The overall cleanliness of the hotel should be mentioned, it was absolutely spotless.The breakfast was varied, delicious and healthy with an assortment of fresh fruits and local produce in addition to all else that was included.     Relaxing short break

    Arrived very late on the Friday after delayed flight then problems with the shuttle bus. Night porter welcomed me and checked me in. Room looks out to the front of the hotel. I was soon fast asleep. Breakfast next day was buffet style with plenty of choice The hotel is quiet and many Spanish and other nationalities use the hotel making it the perfect escape. I had booked half board not expecting to use it every night but found a choice of local dishes again buffet style so never ventured out for food so would recommend eating in if you like to taste local wares. The beach is close by and can be approached in various directions The pool is quiet and sometimes I had it to myself. I ventured to the edge of town one day but due to health and length of stay didn’t get to see much of Blanes but as this was a break to relax and recover I found everything I needed. The fair is close by and I thought this would be a problem as my room faced out onto it but it didn’t disturb my slumber.     Clean and Modern Hotel

    I stayed here for a week in September 2018. My room was quite small but the decor and fittings were modern and of good quality, as was everything about this hotel. Location was pretty good, the walk to S'Abanell beach taking less than five minutes. The centre of Blanes was a bit further away at maybe fifteen minutes walk. Air conditioning was effective and the buffet breakfast was pretty decent. All in all, a good hotel for the price.
