    My friend suffered a seizure on our flight and was extremely unwell when we arrived. We had to get off our transfer early, and at around 1:30am I asked at Hotel President if we could sit in reception briefly while she recovered.She was shivering, exhausted, and clearly in distress, but we were refused and told to wait at a bus stop outside. She had to lie there until she felt well enough to move.I understand policies exist, but a small act of kindness in this situation would have made a huge difference. Very disappointing

    Fifth year returning to this hotel, the price is amazing and the buffet food is excellent. The staff within the hotel are very friendly and helpful

    The hotel itself very beautiful and clean, cleaning ladies are amazing doing such a good job! Staff are nice, managers so-so. Food awful, but if you can don’t buy full board eat outside of the hotel , nice restaurants with delicious food.

    Hotel itself was lovely and clean. Restaurant staff were really nice. Reception staff could’ve been a bit more welcoming but still nice. Short walk to shops in Calella. Food wasn’t great all the time but still ok. Entertainment was ok. Not many English people (not a bad thing) just something that we noticed.
