Worthy vacation hotel

The hotel is in excellent location. 5 minutes walk to the beach. They have their own pool and the food was good and they have a big variety. Staffs are so wonderful and accommodating. They have pool if you are lazy yo visit the beach. And it is just walking distance to the train station if you wanna visit other city nearby.

The food is very good but very poor services. Don't clean the room even when i told them, the answer was the cleaning program is till 15...and my observation was at 12.30. So i didn't have towels, room is not clean, with a lot of noises and bad smells from the outside.

DON’T GO HERE!!! BAD, BAD, BAD!!!

JUST BAD! DONT GO HERE!!!Unfriendly staff and lousy pretty much everything. They are rude and have no idea what service means! Try and ask for ice and you get a NO! Beds are rock hard and belong in a prison. Everything is “nickel and dime”, simply, there is not a good thing to say about this place. Required to pay €5 for jacuzzi?! Need to bring your own pool towel! People got money stolen and when you would like to use the safe in your room, they will charge you Euro 35 to secure your own things in your room. 4 star? Maybe 2 star at best! There’s so much to criticize, that how they can advertise 4 Star must be by corruption. My advice, stay somewhere else; DONT GO HERE!!!

Just not worth a visit and your money!

Nickel and dime everything; you go to book a room in person and they will not show you a room before you pay! You try to get a last cup of coffee before closing a the scream at you! You wonder why there is no lock on the safe in the room; you have to pay euro 35 in cash to secure your assets in the room you paid for! Try to weigh your suitcase in the lobby and you will have to pay a euro to do so! Claim 4 star but you have to pay 5 Euro to use the Hot Tub or gym! No pool towels or any amenities there! Lousy beds that feels like something from a jail cell! I could go on but conclude; Just a really lousy place without any concerns for people who pays good money for a nickel and dime place!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, our stay was spoiled by the dining room staff being over zealous collecting plates, even when my wife told him to leave the plates, he still took them and told us he didn't have time later on, we told the dining room supervisor of his very poor attitude and customer service.Overall a good stay!
