Had a fantastic time. Hotel is very clean and well looked after. Our room was wonderful a large balcony for sitting, a spacious bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. I am gluten free and did not struggle. Staff were always very lovely and helpful. The premises under the hotel were never noisy and not a problem. Would highly recommend. Fabulous stay right on the beach!

Had a fabulous stay here. The location is amazing- right on the beach. Our large room was spotless with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea and it was cleaned every day. There was a huge choice for breakfast with great coffee and even prosecco/wine if you fancied it. Fruit, pastries, cheese, meats, lots of types of bread and even cooked breakfast if you wanted. Something for all tastes. It ran until 12:30 too which was a bonus. For the evening meal you have a very small walk to the sister hotel. There was a large selection of food which we enjoyed each evening and entertainment on some of the evenings. We enjoyed some great walking straight out of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would absolutely recommend this place. It’s at the end of the beach near the castle so despite being in Lloret, it feels quiet and private. This is not a 4 star hotel it's not even a 3, the breakfast is appalling I mean inedible,and we are not picky we never had the breakfast after the 1st day it was so bad we did not go back.We did not experience the food in the sister hotel as we were only b&b, however the location is brilliant especially for the town and eating out at night, we found a lovely Indian restaurant called curry king that was nice food and friendly staff. we ate out at a steak restaurant called La Pampa it was awful, undercooked steak and very expensive. We would not return to this hotel but would the area. Don't let the photo of the plunge pool kid you it's very tiny and there is no other pool .there is also s sign stating only a maximum of 3 people allowed it's that small very disappointed at Jet 2 for claiming this to be a 4 star hotel, I would go as far to say it's the worst we have stayed in avoid it at all costs. SHAME ON JET2/HAYS classing this as a 4 star hotel

This review is more against jet2 and Hays travel agents more than the actual hotel. We were sold this hotel as a 4 star luxury holiday and that's what we thought we were paying a lot of money for. This hotel is not 4 stars its a 3 star B&B at best. Reminded me of a backstreet blackpool B&B. The rooms were small and very basic. Balconies small, friend couldnt even get a chair on hers. Very dated decor. Felt dirty. You have to go to another sister hotel for dinner and evening entertainment if you can even call the entertainment that, abysmal and very amateur. The so called pool was at the top of the building, but was nothing but a plunge pool and a very small one at that. The breakfast area was like a cafe a yone could walk into and order breakfast. The full English breakfast was terrible, cold and poor selection. Also whikst having breakfast if you did want to sit outside yiu had to contebd with early morning delivery vans passing within inches of your chair. The best thing about this hotel was location only, being literally on the beach but that came with issues, woken every day at 4am to truck raking the beach. Then another truck washing the road both at 4 in the morning.
