  Hotel location is nice and in general the hotel is majority clean and tidy. Staff extremely rude, definitely do not like the English. Was personally shouted and screamed at by another person in the restaurant, staff did absolutely nothing about it , couldn’t even care. Police was called , blame was put on us. Another man who was staying in this hotel put hands on a 12 year old in our group- police and staff said this is allowed in this country , and the staff proceeded to say can we laugh and joke about it. If you want a bedtime curfew at 11:30pm this is your hotel. Get kicked out the bar at 11:30 - get told we can sit in reception. Within 20 minutes 4 police men turn up, the staff didn’t even ask us to move yet they told the police we were refusing to move. Hotel staff/police say you have to be in bed by 12 midnight. Noise in the corridors is absolutely horrendous and you’ll hear shouting screaming running till about 4/5am , people play knock knock ginger on your doors and get away with it. Says all inclusive but fail to tell you you have to pay 5 euro PER cup. your wine and stuff doesn’t get served in a glass. Served in the crappy plastic cup. The drinks weren’t all that , very watered down. We spent most of our time down the tiki bar. After bar shuts at 11:30pm there’s no way to have drinks at all until 9am when breakfast opens- there’s no vending machine or nothing. Food was standard average buffet type , plates was dirty though. Rooms was average , beds was comfy. Room was infested with cockroaches. Massive ones. Our room didn’t get cleaned for 3 days despite asking. And I asked reception for 3 days for more pillows and towels - and it only arrived on the 4th day. Entertainment is absolutely crap. Nothing in the day and nothing past 10pm and it was all in Spanish so couldn’t even understand it. Can’t smoke anywhere in the hotel except the front step entrance - Which makes the hotel look bad when you come to check in and everyone is sat there having a fag. Pool was great for adults and kids, good fun there. But yet again you can’t take your food to the loungers , have to sit separately in the picnic areas. They hire a ‘security company’ that allowed a full grown large man to shout and touch a child. He was absolutely useless at his job , took for one of our group to push him away as the security guard was stood there laughing about it. As for value of money- you might as well get yourself a bed / breakfast or sleep on the beach. We couldn’t wait to check out and definitely wouldn’t come here again.

  Pools good food disgusting rooms smell unpleasant okay location

  Hotel reception was clean and tidy and was welcomed by check in staff who all seemed helpful and polite our arrival time was before our check in time however they had Secure bag drop.Room on fist glance appeared to be clean and tidy, however the room wasn’t cleaned throughout our stay so towel management was essential! Air conditioning worked and was cold! Room did have a fridge and kept drinks cool, there was a noticeable Oder from the bathroom that became quite unpleasant!The swimming pools where the highlight for us the the kids loved the splash pool and was swallow enough that we could sit and relax whilst watching from the side (0.4m deep)However this was the only real thing for kids todo in the hotel and surrounding area so did become a little repetitive towards end of the week. (No fault of the hotel)The food, fresh fruits and salads and pastries that was quite nice, however the hot food options was very unpleasant to the point we didn’t eat them other guests had the same opinion however there is a lot of local restaurants (allow extra spending money to eat out you’ll need it!)plates and cups dirty- what made the it worse was when sat down the restaurant manager/supervisor appeared to be watching with a sour face made the atmosphere very uncomfortable.We went in September 2026 so was significantly cheaper than the school holidays, I would not have been happy if I had come during the busy /expensive period, I personally wouldn’t come here again, maybe it would have been okay as a short brake maybe 3 days or so but a week here we felt was far to long with so little todo in the local area with 2 kids.

  I was a bit worried about coming to this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say, we absolutely couldn’t fault it!The staff were lovely, our room was perfect, and we had a beautiful view overlooking the beach. There was something to eat for everyone, and we had such a fantastic time.I honestly can’t wait to go back! So don’t let the negative reviews put you off. At the end of the day, it’s what you make of it, and we had an amazing holiday. ??Already looking forward to going back!

  Food was okay, staff was not polite, the rooms were terrible, there were cockroaches, the floor was dirty and things got stolen from some of ours room for example money (around 100 euros or more), a watch, airpods, powerbanks, toothpaste, mascara (they went through our bags to get these items)
