Great location right on the beach. hotel was really nice. A friend and I stayed in a suite and had our own restaurant which was lovely good choice of food and wasn’t too busy. Food was good. Po area very spacious and nice.

I do think all the negative reviews are a little harsh , however I did a room only package so didn’t dine at the hotel. The room is basic but clean, it’s annoying there is no tea/coffee making facilities, also paying 10 euro (refundable ) for pool towel and key access to the gym,But the location is good and the cleaning staff are very efficient, the bar staff offer quick service.The sunbed situation is crowded but had no issue finding a free bed .For the price I paid it was fine

This hotel was fantastic....please don't be put off by negative reviews!I stayed for 6 nights, half board, with my 11yo daughter, my friend and her 15yo son. It was perfect!The food was fresh and delicious every day and all of us found several things we liked. We got to the restaurant by 8:45am for breakfast and 7:30pm for dinner and did not queue once. Although I did see some queues later on, they moved quickly and, although they are perhaps a little short staffed in the restaurant, the manager worked tirelessly to keep things running smoothly.The daytime activities for kids were amazing, ranging from zorbing to water slides! There is also pool Zumba for all! The entertainment staff were brilliant, especially Sandra who made a real effort to keep everyone happy!The beach is literally a few steps away and is HUGE! The sea was a little rough on some days but we still had fun!The local area is lovely with lots of shops and restaurants. It is predominantly French and Spanish visitors, with English used as the main language to try and accommodate all.I would most definitely return :)

Sat here right now at the hotel This hotel has the potential to be a great hotel as it’s right on the beach front that’s the only positive but definitely not a 4* I am an influencer and like to blog my holidays and this has to be one of the hotels I have a lot of negative things to say about and that upsets me. I have had 2 days of raw fish .at dinner time(also no drinks are included at full board this is crazy to me) People smoking on the sun loungers next to me and my children. People sat by the pool with jugs of alcohol whilst children and running around. I emailed for bedding to be changed day 3 . Cleaners haven’t been in and came today they made the bed with the same sheets . The entertainment staff are great . But the smoking is a joke and the drinking at the pool and the lack of safety is really bad .
