Dirty hotle
08 Sept 2026
I never write reviews but this hotel is absolutely stinking. They take £100 pp per room for damages what a joke ?? the room is stinking hair every where plus full of hair dirty floors burn marks in settee the settee was stinking.Around the pool was stinking left over cocaine packets on floor by loungers there was something floating all in pool that looked like poo. The hotel was so loud with kids partying and taking drugs . Stay away from this hotel unless you want to stay in a drug parking dirty hotel.

Get what you pay for, extremely cheap and poor

No warning about 200 euro deposit. Rats running around at night. Rude staff. Unclean room. AR Bolero P, at Bolero Apartments, responded to this review Apreciado cliente.

Lovely Stay
05 Jun 2026
Just back from a lovely 4 night break, our room was perfect it’s basic but has everything you could need, Pool area is kept lovely and clean staff were lovely always had a smile on them and willing to help. for those who expect a 5 star then I suggest you pay for a 5 star, this is not a hotel it is apartments which is clear on the website yes you pay a security deposit which is refundable at the end of your stay and again is clear on the website, location was perfect and atmosphere was great. Noise level was perfect for us, Myself and daughter had a lovely break in a lovely apartment we will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff that made us feel welcome ??

4 night break
06 May 2026
We booked here for a 4night break we came with no expectations with the reviews on here, but what we paid it was worth it just for the sun.But honestly the hotel was brilliant they gave us an apartment by mistake but even if we had the studio it would of been fine as it was only a separate bedroom, the kitchen had everything we needed the room was clean, we didn’t have a cleaner but if you ask for more towels/toilet roll there more than happy to provide more, the pool area was nice with a nice bar/food area that did a really good selection, we didn’t see many people in the hotel and the pool area was empty (must be the time of the year) the strip with nightlife/bars/restaurants & beach was not even a 10min walk away so overall it was a very quiet relaxing break.
