  Definitely not a 4 star!!!

  Budget hotel experience, decor in some places were nice but the corridors and rooms were a mismatch of old and new. The bar, entertainment area and pool were below my expectation and disappointing to the point we avaided it at all times! The view from our balcony was of a disused building and scrap yard! The reception team were great however and the restaurant manager and team made it the only 4 star experience of the stay. The beach was beautiful and the bars and cafes along this were fantastic. Stay here is you’re wanting a bed for the night (if you don’t mind the slamming doors and paper thin walls) and expect at best a 3 star experience otherwise avoid!   Excellent hotel very near the beach Excellent room very comfortable bed room cleaned every day with fresh towels. The reception staff are excellent actually all the staff are excellent both bar and cleaning ladies. We've been hear twice now and will be back special mention to Luciano on the front desk who organised our transport on departure to Girona train station.   Second time I visited great location great friendly staff 5 mins walk to beach loads shops, bars , restaurants 4 mins walk.   More variety of food please.

  Just got back from staying here for a week with my brother and friend have to say the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, literally 2 mins walk to a beautiful beach with crystal clear water which was very warm and full of fish for snorkeling. Only two things that could have made such a great holiday Greater was that our room was a bit small for three of us but we made it our home none the less and a bit more variety with the food, themed night maybe?. Chef told us we had turkey one night but was clearly pork. Im a fussy eater but did manage to find something to eat almost every day.   Good budget hotel

  This is a 3 star budget hotel. We always travel out of peak season so we never really know what to expect. This hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are sparsely furnished and basic, but they serve their purpose. Beds are comfortable and the shower and air-conditioning unit add to customer comfort.The restaurant does get crowded but food is plentiful. Good variety to choose from but on a weeks rota so the food is the same every Monday (for example)Entertainment- there is a young team member who worked very hard getting people up to play games. Unfortunately on her days off, her substitute did not work as hard and the poolside games often took place without us being made aware. The games were well supported.Evening entertainment was okay. There was a movie quiz one night but the following week the same quiz took place which was very limiting.Bar area was fairly efficient. Four members of staff here deserve a special mention. Carlos, Jose, Mariana and Valina (?), always smiling and friendly. The same cannot be said about Jonathan and Adrian who both gave the impression they were more interested in talking to female customers than serving customers. One of them was serving me, and was in the middle of serving me when he left me to go and serve someone else. There were three members in our party, one of whom was in an electric wheelchair. Despite this, one member of staff repeatedly told me he could only serve me two alcoholic drinks, despite knowing one of the three drinks I requested was for a disabled client. It did seem a bit excessively over the top. Reception staff speak perfect English and nothing is too much troubleLocation - the hotel is a few hundred metres away from a fantastic sandy beach and about fifteen minutes away from Lloret de Mar centre. There are lots of shops around all selling the same sort of souvenirs and bars and restaurants. This is a good budget hotel.
