Location

This hotel is situated in a lively area, right by the sea, right in Platja d'Aro. From here it is very easy for beach holidaymakers, families, young people, singles and nature lovers to embark on an exploratory tour and get to know the area better. 205 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     A perfect holiday in a great hotel

    This was one of the best holidays we ever had in Spain. Everything in the HTOP Hotel Caleta Palace was perfect. We had a very spacious family room with all single beds as we requested beforehand and we even had partial seaview while we didn't book a room with seaview!The room was cleaned every day and we received fresh towels. The cleaning team is very professional and did a great job.The staff of the hotel was superb and very helpful and polite. If there was a problem nog matter how big or small they would help and solve it. Even after we left the staff was able to help us. A package was delivered after we had checked out and were on our way back to the Netherland. I explained the situation to Isaac and his team and they made sure I was able to have the package picked up and have it shipped to my house. So a special shoutout to you Isaac.The food (we had half board silver) was very good and diverse. With dinner you could choose different food every day and always a mix of fish, meat or vegetarian and some of the food was cooked in front of you! Our children were also very happy with the food and a happy child is a happy parent. In the morning with breakfast one of the cooks was baking eggs and you had a lot to choose from and the coffee Americano from the coffee machine was excellent.The children were also very happy with the outside pool from which you are able overlook the beach and the sea! The pool was in a very good state and clean and because it was early May there were always sunbeds available. The water was not heated but just warm enough to enjoy swimming. The beautiful tress and surroundings made this feel like a tropical paradise.From the swimming pool you are able to walk down the stairs and go to the beach. The hotel has its own gate that gives you access the beach and with a access code you can always come in again using the gate not matter what time!When you walk north on the Cami de Ronda an iconic historical coastal path you will find amazing beaches one even more beautiful then the other. Just when you think it couldn't be more beautiful an even more beautiful beach would appear in the distance.The hotel is a bit old but it is very well maintained. It is also wat bigger they we expected but that is a positive thing.We will definitely come back here in the future! Greets from family Lier

    Anyi and Carlos gave us absolutely wonderful service on our recent visit to this hotel. The best part was the delicious food and rooibos tea and service from the staff would Definitely reccomend

    Had the most wonderful time at this hotel, in particular Alex, Pilar and Pol, but all the staff made for a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and the food is one of the best inclusive buffets I have had. The rooms are basic but very clean and beds are comfortable. Would definitely come back especially as it is on the beach and the staff are so friendly it makes your stay! 👍

    Fabulous staff and the hotel is in a terrific location, close to the beach and town, yet is still quiet and peaceful. Staff are so friendly and kind; they go above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable. Hotel is spotless and is very clean. There were plentiful breakfast and dinner options . Room was spacious and comfortable , lovely sea view. Entertainment is fun ,but would enjoy some live music. The entertainment is geared more towards families with young children . Karaoke was very enjoyable and the host was wonderful. Some tea/coffee options with dinner would be lovely . A fridge and kettle in the room would be nice for during the days. A gym would be great too. Super value for money and a lovely experience all round. Thank you to everyone at Caleta Palace for a lovely stay.

    Second visit in 12 months, lovely hotel, perfect location for the sea front and town. The food was good, our room was large and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
