    The hotel is so run down, and comes across dirty it isnt but as it is so run down thats how it looks, noisy, staff are pretty rude not all of them just a few. The pool is pointless,wouldn't fit more than 6 people without being uncomfortable, the spa felt dirty and smelled. The beds all need upgrading so springy and uncomfortable you can hear everything in the next room even their loo trips :(... however if you are on a budget you get what you pay for x

    Read the reviews after booking, which I often do.. however was pleasantly surprised.. Greeted warmly at reception by Olga, she gave us all the information we needed before we headed into the lift (very small but we travel light, so no problem) and upto our room, 502, was basic but had everything we needed to be comfortable, asked for extra pillows and Blankets, got them within an hour, ample space for our clothes/suitcase. 1 small wardrobe and one shelved cupboard (safe inside, ask at reception if needed) 1 bedside unit and large table under the wall mounted tv, there was no table on the balcony but 2 chairs were fine for us, small clothes airer attached to the wall outside, came in very handy. The bathroom had a sink, toilet, small bath with shower inside (who needs more right?!) Supplied with shampoo, body wash and hand soap in pump style bottles, towels and loo roll. Once we unpacked we went to take a look around.. The pool area - nice and clean, few sun loungers and table and chairs, quite a small pool. There is a small area up some stairs that has a jacuzzi and more sunloungers, we found the games area, this has a pool table, ping pong table, and some things fir kids, next to this was a seated area that looked nice and peaceful.. there was plenty of seated areas in the main entrance area for folk to sit and next to this is the reception area. And the bar/entertainment area is here too. There was activities on throughout the day and in the evening, (Shout out to Olgo and Jose for all their help) This Hotel also has a spa area, (free to use) shower, sauna, steam room, hot tiled area and small pool with jet pumps.. this was lovely to relax in. Does not have a changing area and only had a small bench for belongings. I liked our stay here and would recommend it to others.. the only thing I felt let it down was the initial first view outside.. it could do with updating..

    We stayed here early season so it was very quiet in terms of guests. The room was basic but exactly what you need. Clean, plenty of storage space for clothes and a very powerful shower. There is a TV but all channels are Spanish and it isn’t smart so don’t expect to be able to watch Netflix! We enjoyed some of the entertaining on the day we were leaving as we had a long wait till our flight. The host was entertaining in leading a game of bingo and a quiz with prizes of bottles of wine and cocktails. There is a lovely little spa area with a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which was a nice bonus as we had a day where the weather was naff. All in all a decent little hotel. 15 min walk to bus station and the same to the beach pretty much.

    We stayed at the hotel off-peak - so cannot speak for high season - but we had a genuinely lovely time. It's a smaller hotel, which suited us - the staff were friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and there was absolutely tons of food (we went half board, breakfast and dinner). There was a pool, outdoor and indoor whirlpools, sauna and steam room which we had no trouble accessing. Our basic room was fine - comfortable beds, decent shower (if a little variable in temperature). There's a supermarket literally next door. The hotel is 10 minutes from the nearest beach and about 20 minutes from the bright lights of Lloret proper, so it's very convenient.Yes, the room and bathroom were quite dated and needed some TLC; yes the pool was small; yes, the food was canteen-standard; yes, there is a main road outside.HOWEVER... Everything was clean, we were never unable to get into the pool/sauna/whirly spa because of too many people, and we waddled, completely stuffed, out of that dining area, twice a day. We were never in the room long enough for decor or traffic to make a difference to us.You get what you pay for, and - IMHO - we got a *total* bargain: I would happily go back. If you want fancier food, a swankier room, fancier plumbing, a quieter location and a bigger pool then, sorry, but you're going to have to put your hand in your wallet: do that, instead of posting an unrealistic review.

    I have to admit,,,,I was very pleasantly surprised,,the hotel is old,,,but for the price you pay you can't expect five stars,,every day a clean tidy room,,the staff is incredibly friendly,,the food is good,,but no one goes hungry,,wi fi is great,,location is great,,noise,,no,,,I was really surprised by such pleasant people and environment,,and my vacation in Spain was fantastic, greetings to all👌
