  This hotel should have 2 stars not 3. The staff were miserable and could be quite rude. We arrived at 2am in the middle of a storm so we were given our A/I (all inclusive) cards and door key and sent to our room. The room was far too small for 3 guests. There was no chair to sit on so it was the bed or nothing, which has played havoc with my already bad back. There was one plug socket in the room, one! And one in the bathroom.I hired an iron and a hairdryer but you could only have one thing on at once or the electrics tripped. So we had to turn off the lights and take it in turns to use the plugs for different things at different times which is hard when there are 3 women trying to get ready.Once we went down on our first day we went to the bar and asked for a coffee, which the young lad served, a female worker shouted saying no no You pay! We showed our A/I bands and she said NO! Threw the coffee away and pointed to a crappy old machine at the end of the bar and said there!Same happened when I asked for a fruit juice, I was only allowed cordial. I wasn't even allowed a piece of lemon in my drink! The 'snacks' consisted of a cheese and ham sandwich or apple orange or pear. No ice creams or anything for my daughter. Who could only drink lemonade, orangeade or coke for the entire duration of the holiday. It was far too restrictive and I'd have known, I would not have paid for it.The buffet wasn't terrible but it was always warm, never hot. Again no thought for children on that menu, which quickly became repetitive.The pool was nice, but the jacuzzi on the top deck was so strong with bleach and chemicals it bleached and ruined my bikini, I had to visit the emergency services the next day due to a UTI and blood in my urine caused by the chemicals. I was awake all night in agony. My wife got some in her mouth which left her with a sore throat and bleeding tongue.My friends leg hairs were bleached and rubbed off leaving his legs burned,and bald. The staff did not care one bit and said it must be due to 'allergies' They never did a welfare check on either of us and refused to take any responsibility and never apologised.It then came to light the blonde lady at the bar who was rude to us was over charging the paying guests at the bar and pocketing the money!The games room had one pool table that was out of order. By the last couple of days I couldn't wait to leave. Many people felt the same.It's my daughter who I feel the worst for, she was so excited as she hasn't been abroad in years and her experience was poor, really really poor.

  perfect for a couples holiday, everything is within walking distance including the beach being about 10mins away. the staff are lovely and is all around a really nice hotel. nothing to complain about apart from the food being repetitivewill 100% be coming back next year

  Lovely staff & everyone else who stayed thereThe food was repetitive but was nice overall, they do make pizzas at the bar also but aren’t included with all inclusive10 min away from the beachEverywhere was clean, there are always housekeeping staff around

  Save your money and choose somewhere else.The only genuinely positive thing I can say about this hotel is that our room was clean. It was basic, but clean — and unfortunately, that was pretty much where the positives ended.The food was repetitive and cold most of the time. If you enjoy eating the same things over and over again, often barely warm, then you’ll probably be delighted.The drinks were another joke. This was supposedly an all-inclusive hotel, yet drinks were only included from 10am until 11pm. And don't expect to take your drink with you if you head to the beach — apparently putting it into a plastic cup doesn't make it acceptable to leave the hotel with it. Want some lemon or lime in your drink? That'll cost you extra. Because apparently citrus fruit is a luxury item here.Customer service was practically nonexistent. The staff seemed completely uninterested in making guests feel welcome or dealing with problems. One evening, after the bar had closed, our group was sitting quietly in the lobby. Rather than simply allowing paying guests to sit there, they switched the lights off and told us we couldn't stay. Not exactly the hospitality experience you expect from a hotel.Some of our party were staying on the 4th floor, and honestly, avoid it if you possibly can. Dirty/bloody-looking walls, broken tiles and unpleasant smells. We raised these issues with staff, but there was very little concern or effort to resolve anything.We even took the time to email the management during our stay to explain everything and give them an opportunity to respond properly. Unfortunately, the response was almost worse than the experience itself. Our complaints were not taken seriously and came across as though they were being treated as a joke.For a hotel advertising an all-inclusive experience, the reality was far from it. Cold and repetitive food, poor drinks, limited hours, ridiculous restrictions, terrible customer service and absolutely no meaningful response to complaints.The room was clean. That's about the nicest thing I can say.Would I return? Absolutely not. Would I recommend it? Definitely not. There are plenty of hotels where your money will be better spent.

  AVOID! Not worth the money and not relaxing

  Not worth your money. The photos on google definitely do not look like the hotel. Very dated. Parents had to change room as had no balcony and was in a room the size of a cupboard. Our room beds were dirty, no fridge, no hairdryer, balcony door lock broke, no lock on the safe in room, bath cracked, toilet ceiling cracked, dirty beds woke up with bites all over legs. We came self catering and all that’s in the room is a bed and a table so no kitchenette for self catering needs. Balcony is so small, and our ‘view’ is next doors building however it’s like a courtyard and is easily accessible making our balcony accessible. You can hear everything through the walls, arguments, parties, dogs, cars so can’t sleep. Our toilet flushed every time someone else in the building flushed their toilet. Outdoor Pool small and dirty, not enough sun loungers. All in all not a great hotel and would recommend not booking if you would like a relaxing holiday.
