We had an amazing week away here . It was so chill and relaxing. We are a family of 5. Kids are 6,12 and 16. While we went in September there wasn't alot of kids for them to play with they still had a ball. The staff are absolutely lovely people from the house keeping to the bar staff , restaurant staff and the manager. The night entertainment was really good. Alot a Spanish dance songs but still good. Shout out to Ibra for all the time he gave my 6 year old lovely fella and Angle bar staff lovely fella. Honestly couldn't fault it. My only suggestion would be some chicken nuggets for kids ?????????? that's it. So thank you and hope to see u all again.O'BRIEN family from Ireland

The reason i give the high grades for service and location is thanks to Ibra for his smile, the way he welcomed us everyday and of course the service and good care! Jair gets the high marks too, he is a born entertainer and someone who can bring the smiles to our faces.

I recently came back from this hotel after spending a week there. While the location was good close to all shops and the beach. The hotel itself was anything but good!! This is not a 4 star hotel it’s more of a 2 star. The food was really bad we had to speak to reception about vegetarian options after we was told by the chef the only thing vegetarian was green beans. We was told to go to reception before our evening meal and they would help us as all the names of the food that was displayed was in Spanish no English at all. That night the chef did us some roasted vegetables which was really nice however that was the first and last time they did anything suitable. When entering the dining hall you’re told where to sit which most people wouldn’t mind but it’s not something I liked. Most of the staff at this hotel are rude especially the bar staff one being called Jesus was very obnoxious and short tempered unless you was Spanish speaking he didn’t want to give you the time of day and just grunted when he was getting our drinks. The other bar staff was the same apart from angel who was a little sweetheart always had a smile on his face and very polite the other two older bar staff need customer service training. Most of the entertainment (live singer) was in Spanish the line dancers that came to the hotel most nights don’t think they were guests they just came In to dominate the dance floor didn’t even order drinks. The entertainment guy angel was lovely and again always smiling.The rooms are definitely not 4 star there very dated and parts were dirty especially in the bath room around the toilet and bath. The pool is in desperate need of a face lift there’s missing tiles and mucky marks all over. The sun beds are dirty and a lot of them are broken. The plus side about the pool is that there are no sunbed wars.

Excellent hotel. Very very clean staff extra happy and friendly we were room only so cant comment on food , but rooms very clean but no kettle or tea facilities luckily we take a travel kettle us so we were ok.No sunbed wars pool bar very lovely staff very central to everything 5 min walk to town centre Would I stay here again absolutely I would yes The only negative I would say amd its personal perfence is we were facing the outside and people's clothing falling ro the ground makes the place look very untidy even hotel towels there , maybe the hotel could put a small airer to every wall on balcony to prevent this its was also round pool side as well Apart from that loved our trip

It's was nice and the room was clean, the personal is very kind, the food was great. We had entertainment every night. The hotel was close to the beach, the aqua park and shops. We had disco and it was a bit noisy. The pool is great and it's clean, also it had the pool for babies so I could recommend for families and it had the gym, bar and the snack bar.
