Worst hotel we've ever been to

Just come back today from this holiday, couldn't wait to come home. The place is completely run down, broken floor times in rooms. lifts broken, the food I wouldn't give to a pig, all inclusive is out there, 20 euros each for rent of beach towels, 4 euros each for beach lounger and another 4 euros if you want a brolly. Drinks are free after 10am- 11pm after that drinks can be bought for 2 euros a cup from machine, there is a musty smell hallways and completely run down, rooms don't look like there ever been any renevated mid week we just started to eat out, seriously the place wants condemming, all inclusive is a joke very limited selection of food, if you want a cheap holiday, look elsewhere. Would never go there again( better b and bsin blackpool

This hotel was close to restaurants, shops and travel with the beach just a few steps away, there was also the opportunity to enjoy other H Top bars and pools, the food was great but the air conditioning was very cool so food didn't stay hot for long, the restaurant staff all look glum and one of them even bumped into me...Apart from this there was a huge TV, comfy bed, a balcony and rooms would be clean by lunchtime.

I had such a great time and I am so glad i chose Htop Royal Sun as the place where i’ll stay. The staff was very kind and they were always happy to help. The room has everything you need and is nicely decorated. However there are downsides like the necessities in the bathroom. The hairdryer is very old and it barely works so i suggest bringing your own. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the rooms is top tier. The rooms get cleaned every day without exception so they are always tidy when you come back from your meal. As for the food- it can not get better. The meals are rich and nutritient and very delicious, and that is what stood out to me the most. I enjoyed my stay here and i will definetely visit again next summer!

staff ok rooms ok, i’m a chef from uk absolutely do not eat here food cold which for me is a no no food has to be 63 degrees when on a buffet what food you get is cheap fish full of bones chicken very small pieces but on little dishes which you can’t keep hot i told them this this hotel is a h top chain if your reading this it’s up to you but please if you go don’t let your kids or grandparents eat there i have pictures to prove plus all inclusive is bull no bar round the pool they ask you to sit round a nice bar on the front facing the sea which is nice but takes them 5 to 10 mins to serve you but up to you now a nice cheap getaway turn really expensive
