A Hotel I Always Enjoy Coming Back To

I have been coming to beautiful Lloret de Mar for many years and I am a regular guest at Hotel Miramar. I return almost every year, and for me this hotel has become a place where I always feel comfortable and welcome.The location is simply perfect — directly on the seafront, with the beach just a short walk away and a great choice of cafés, restaurants and everything you might need right outside the hotel.What I especially appreciate is the consistently friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are always kept very clean, housekeeping does an excellent job, and the entire hotel is well maintained. There is also a small but very good gym on the upper floor, which I find very convenient.Breakfast is another strong point. There is a very good selection for every taste, the food is always fresh and well prepared, and — something that is personally important to me — the coffee is really good.The staff deserve a special mention. Everyone is friendly, attentive and professional. Whenever you have a question or need something, they are always ready to help and do so with a smile.I would especially like to thank Sati, Diana and Lisama from the breakfast restaurant for their excellent and attentive service, as well as Lenka at reception, who is always friendly, helpful and professional.After returning here year after year, I can honestly say that there is very little I would change about Hotel Miramar. The excellent location, cleanliness, breakfast, service and, above all, the people working here make every stay a pleasure.I always enjoy coming back and can wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Miramar to anyone visiting Lloret de Mar ?? ????

Enjoyed our stay, but very disappointed by checkout experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Miramar and would have left with a very positive impression if it wasn’t for our experience at checkout.Myself and my two friends were unexpectedly accused of taking excessive amounts of food and tea bags from breakfast, based on reports from other guests. We were genuinely shocked and offended, as we had not taken anything from the breakfast hall and there was absolutely no evidence that we had. We also would have liked to have been given the benefit of the doubt, rather than accused as if we had “known what we had done”. The receptionist did apologise at a later stage, but the apology felt very backhanded. The situation was presented to us as a “life lesson”, as though this was something that was meant to happen to us and we should learn from it. We were told to be more careful about speaking loudly in public, as conversations could be overheard and misunderstood. We found this to be inappropriate and it made the apology feel less meaningful, as it is not nice to feel like guests are listening to your conversations at breakfast and making false assumptions as a result. It was extremely disappointing to leave a hotel we had otherwise enjoyed feeling as though we had been accused of stealing. We would encourage the hotel to handle situations like this more respectfully and not make serious accusations based purely on hearsay.

Lovely hotel wonderful staff. Excellent service fresh food I came here 40 years ago so many memories. Today a lovely breeze as we are in front of the beach I will be coming here in September when it’s not so hot. Rooms are very clean beds are comfortable. Cannot fault it.

Fantastic hotel. Lovely and clean and great staff. Some noise from renovations to neighbouring hotel but nothing to do with the miramar. Bed was comfortable. Great views from the front and in a great location.
