Lovely staff, clean hotel. Room was ample and again super clean. Pool is on the small side but beach less than 6mins walk away. Honestly wasn't expecting much but definitely feel this was value for money. The location sold it to me. Walking distance to old town, llorett beach and castle.

Be warned....this is NOT a UK standard 4* hotel. It may well be a Lloret del Mar standard 4* hotel, but if you are expecting anything of any standard whatsoever this is not the place for you.Yes, there is a room there - the room cleaners are fantastic by the way- and a pool and a bar.....and running hot and cold water so you wouldn't be disappointed there, but that's where the lack of disappointment ends.The restaurant.......we'll that's a joke. It's canteen not a restaurant. The food is cold, bland and totally unappetising; boring, totally unimaginative, There doesn't seem to be anybody in charge. We complained to one of the people who worked there that the food was cold, they disappeared into the back and never came back. The same the next day, the same result. Nobody pays any attention to what is happening around them. The servicing dishes sit there until they're empty and then renewed with another dollop of indescribable stuff.At least the water melon cannot be ruined and there are plenty of slices of that !!!The tables are 'cleaned' with a damp cloth with the crumbs etc swept onto the floor. The waste food is tipped into black bag in front of somebody eating.In a double/twin room, there is 1 deckchair on the balcony.....why? Some of the reviews say this is a fantastic hotel, it isn't.Similar reviews to this have been posted on this hotel's, or the same hotel trading under a different name, site for years and each one is followed by 'We are grateful etc etc etc and take note of your comments'....They say that nobody else has complained - well we did and were ignored - but isn't that what the Post Office said before the Horizon scandal?Good luck
