  Great price to stay well located

  Great location - Central Avenue is a promenade with market, many restaurants and bars, shops and steps from BC Central Beach. Careful staff and very good breakfast. Parking is outside the hotel - you leave the car with managers, and to park you must enter the sidewalk and leave in a specific place. It may be a little noisy at night due to the proximity to the bars, but for us, nothing that bothered much. The beach view is partial - but the cost/benefit is interesting! For those who want to enjoy only the city, you can do everything on foot. There were more shots missing in the room - especially near the bed tops.   Hotel well located but with very old facilities, little water pressure in the shower. Very bustling street.

  Old facilities in the bathrooms, with little water pressure. The room had no good view, looked to another building. It's very close to the beach, but they say it's contaminated.   Hotel without maintenance but good service

  Very old hotel, no maintenance. Bathroom with everything well old, hard bed and window without blackout (ends entering clarity). However, the service from the reception and managers was excellent.   I wouldn't rate this hotel as 4 star .Small rooms desperate need for renovation. Very dirty water but not sure if this is down to the area or hotel my advise buy bottled water to brush your teeth. It is located in a very busy and loud area, but that didn't bother us as much .Close to the restaurants ,shops and the beach .Hotel provides free beach towels for additional fee, You can rent beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cooler .

  A Pleasant Hotel Close to the Beach with Beach View

  We were expecting to be near the beach, but we could actually see the ocean from our window. It wasn't ocean front, but good enough. Restaurant and stores are right outside the hotel. The breakfast was perfect, except they could have served the coffee or at least put a pot of coffee on the table to avoid the congestion.
