    We stayed at luna park just over a week ago the staff was very friendly and very helpful the room was a bit dated and could do with a bit of modernization but was very clean the food in the restaurant was nice and the bar and bar staff was very friendly it was close to seafront we went half-board you can pay for lunch but we was going in to the seafront and having dinner there for about 40-€50 for dinner with drinks and a dessert I would definitely stay here again

    The surrounding area is either a building zone, smelly bins or waste ground, don’t be fooled by the pictures. Lots of old people smoking, rooms really unkempt, dirty bathrooms, I had to move due to noisy neighbours screaming and singing through the night, the room stunk of urine, no heating, no hot water, no internet, broken sink that leaked all over the floor, and someone walked into my room with their own keycard. Gym is tiny, spa is really nice but only allowed 2hrs for 20 euros. Entertainment is non existent. The pool is ABSOLUTELY FREEZING COLD. No one was in it the whole holiday due to how cold it was, but obviously so you pay for heated pool in spa. What I will say is, the staff were great, unfortunately they are stuck there, their efforts would be better placed in a nicer hotel. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES.

    We always book the room superior in the top of the hotel. The room was always cleaned up every day. The personal is very kind and want to do everything to make you comfortable. The food was good and from good quality. We enjoyed our staying very much!!!!

    Nice hotel staff at bar very nice food was ok rooms very bad in terms of balcony door would not lock on first night but was fixed next day was ok rooms was not like on photos beds where very uncomfortable holes in the wall very outdated no fridge which was not great however air conditioning very good was music at night a dj on to nights pool area was nice

    We booked this hotel after seeing promising photos and reviews on the easyJet website, but the reality was shocking. The staff at the bar and in the restaurant were friendly and the food was actually really good, but the room was in unacceptable condition.• Only two stained towels for three guests• Ants under the pillow, pubic hair on towels, and blood on pillows• Holes in the walls spilling dust, broken wallpaper, filthy balcony door that doesn’t lock• Hair in the bed, stains on walls, ceilings, and mattresses• One plug socket and one working lamp for the entire room• Overall lack of cleanliness and maintenanceAs three young women, we felt unsafe and misled. The room bore no resemblance to the advertised images, and the broken balcony lock added to our discomfort. We’ve submitted photos and videos to management and received an upgrade from bed and breakfast to full board, but this experience has left us extremely disappointed.Would not recommend unless major improvements are made.
