    Nice place to stay if you love Lloret de Mar, 5 minutes by foot and you reach all the clubs. Lovely stuff, available and kind. The price is quite good for the services offered, the room was clean and comfortable.

    Arrived and checked in with no problems at the office, we were then given a map and told where to go, Arrived at the apartment and it was very clean and tidy but really needed a good paint. Very disappointed that there was no kettle. 1st night was OK but we had to take the mattress off the bed and sleep on the floor as every time we moved it woke us up with it creaking. It was a very noisy block with lots of groups and being a family and them having a few blocks would be better to have the blocks for couple/families and a seperate one for groups.

    We were a group of 12 staying for 7 nights so we booked 3 apartments close to each other. The apartments are a very short distance from the main office, very close to the city center were all the clubs are situated. 2 apartments from 3 did not have air conditioning working, they fixed 1 apartment a/c after the first night, and the other one after the 3rd night. No wifi was available, and an extra €4 for towels only included 1 towel which was not changed during our stay, so basically we paid €4 to have 1 towel given to us for 7 nights. During the night there was a lot of noise from the surrounding, i don't think any of the apartmnets was sound proof.Overall for the price you pay you get a good deal, but next time i prefer paying a bit more and have at least basic comforts (changing of towels and linen and wifi)

    No hot water for 2 days and no body showed up to fix it

    Me and my boyfriend just came back from Lloret de Mar where we spent 4 nights in apt Lloveras. The apt was located in a small and odd building in a small street inaccessible by car or bus. At first glance, the apt is very spacious with living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. However, everything was dirty and dusty and had a bad smell of old things. There was no soap or toilet paper and the worst part was that when after 48h in the bus I realized that I had to make the beds if we want to rest and there was no hot water. Our tour guide contacted the owner several times in order to come and fix the issue with the water but for two days nobody showed up. We had to take shower in other apts where our friends were staying. On the third day finally somebody fixed the issue with the hot water but then we realized that the heating system is common for the entire building and you may be left without hot watter in the middle of a shower. I won't even mention in detail the noise and that we were unable to open a window because the next building was just 1 meter away and we could see other people in their rooms. At check in they asked for 20 euro deposit and at check out we had to clean the apt in order to get our deposit back.Overall, I am very unsatisfied how they handled the problem with the water and nobody showed up even to offer an apology.

    Have stayed in many of Dani's apartments over the last three years, he and his wife are always welcoming, always on hand to help if needed, Great variety of apartments to rent in some great locations !!
