couple's stay
18 Sept 2026
Three-day stay as a couple at the Goya Park hotel. Very smiling staff, very diverse food. Beach nearby. Too bad payments are only made by card, no cash. The rooms are spacious. Air conditioning and ventilation very good. The city center, a bit far for me, but that has nothing to do with the hotel; for people with motor disabilities, it is a bit complicated. As for the hotel, my husband and I recommend it. Prestige Hotels, Otros at Prestige Hotel Goya Park, responded to this review Cher client,Nous vous remercions de votre avis. Nice
25 Aug 2026
The hotel has a good location, the pool is nice and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good and it is a nice hotel for families with small kids. They even have entertainment every evening, the smaller kids seemed to like it very much. It is clean, comfortable bed and towels. The con is that it’s loud… our room was in the corner, but we could hear our neighbours, we could clearly hear the people walking on the floor above us. Our room was on the second floor. Prestige Hotels, Otros at Prestige Hotel Goya Park, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your experience. We are delighted that you enjoyed our location, pool, friendly staff, breakfast and family-friendly atmosphere, as well as the evening entertainment. We are sorry, however, that noise from neighbouring rooms and the floor above affected your stay, and we take note of your comments. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again.Kind regards,Prestige Hotels

Hotel and room clean, but dining room service needs improvement
20 Aug 2026
Room clean, however it is not air conditioning, it is a ceiling fan that circulates air but not cool air, a shame when it is 38 outside, needs improvement; the restaurant service has choices but there are not enough servers to clear the tables when there is a large crowd, and the dishes are not very clean and often chipped, needs changing; as for the entertainment, a big thank you to Lucas and his colleagues, top-notch Prestige Hotels, Otros at Prestige Hotel Goya Park, responded to this review Aprecié client,Nous vous remercions pour votre retour. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié la propreté de la chambre et notre équipe animation. Nous prenons note de vos remarques constructives concernant la climatisation, le service en salle et la vaisselle. Nous espérons vous accueillir à nouveau.Cordialement, Prestige Hotels Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr. View originals.

Not fun, not good.
16 Mar 2026
Food options aren't great....the area itself is plain and boring...(Not the hotels fault) but the location is just sub par. The rooms are poorly maintained as when I arrived there was no soap, toilets wouldn't flush, and many more flaws. The walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear conversations in the rooms beside you. Service is ok, could be improved but no real issues. And the value is ok, but I would NOT recommend the hotel to anyone unless you can't afford any better.P.S. we were traveling there with a group of family friends, and 6 of us got food poisoning. (I think there was 16 of us total) Prestige Hotels, Otros at Prestige Hotel Goya Park, responded to this review Dear guest,We note your constructive feedback. Regarding maintenance and soundproofing, our building meets all industry requirements for a three-star establishment. Our location is clearly described for all bookings.
