beautiful suite, thin and old towels,The reception doesn't answer the phone!!!

    rating25 May 2026

The suite is beautiful, spacious and includes a coffee machine and a non-allergenic blanket. The breakfast is good and they prepared a vegetarian dish for me at my request. It's a shame they didn't upgrade the towels (thin and old) and didn't give bathrobes like in most suites, nor a bottle of water as a welcome gift like in most hotels. The problem remained with the reception. The reception doesn't answer the phone. We called for hours to find out something and there was no answer!

    professional and personal service

    rating27 Oct 2025

professional and personal service from the manager and the dining room staff was provided during our six-night stay in the suite at the Nautic Park Playa d'Aro hotel. In any case, I would like to point out that it is a shame that the reception staff do not address the requests of the guests and/or do not pass them on to the staff and the kitchen. The matter was sorted out after a conversation with the manager Ivan, who did everything in his power to make our stay at the hotel pleasant and to our satisfaction.I would like to point out positively that the manager's availability on site really helps to solve problems quickly and effectively. It is good to know that there is someone to talk to. This does not happen in most hotels. We will surely return to the same suite. RVHOTELS CENTRAL, Other at RVHotels Nautic Park, responded to this review Dear Guest,We sincerely appreciate the time you took to share your experience following your stay with us. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the professional and personal service provided by our manager Iván and the dining room team, and that your situation was ultimately resolved to your satisfaction. We regret that your perception of the reception staff’s attention did not meet your expectations. We have taken note of your comments in order to continue improving our internal communication processes and to ensure an optimal experience for all our guests.Once again, we thank you for your trust and we look forward to welcoming you back soon to the suite you hold in such high regard.Kind regards,RV Hotels Nautic Park

    Disappointing

    rating01 Sept 2025

Staff very welcoming, room and hotel spacious, pool good. Loved the pet friendliness. However, we checked out after one night because the fish was (very) cold at dinner and scrambled eggs the same at breakfast. Bacon and fried eggs were luke warm. And we came to eat both at the beginning of the time frame. Also, the very loud live music meant no peaceful drink at the (only) bar and we couldn't even hear the TV in our room with the window shut. Not recommended. RVHOTELS CENTRAL, Other at RVHotels Nautic Park, responded to this review Dear guest BarbaraThank you for your feedback. We're delighted to hear that you found our staff welcoming, and that you enjoyed the spacious room and pool, as well as our pet-friendly policy. However, we are very sorry to hear that your dining experience did not meet your expectations. We take food quality seriously, and your comments about the temperature of the fish, scrambled eggs, bacon, and fried eggs will be shared with our kitchen team to ensure improvements. We also regret that the live music disrupted your ability to enjoy the atmosphere at the bar and relax in your room. We will review this issue to strike a better balance between entertainment and guest comfort. We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope that you may consider staying with us again in the future, allowing us the opportunity to provide a better experience.Best regards,RV Hotels Nautic Park

Avoid in peak season and if you don't like kids

    rating08 Aug 2025

Not a bad hotel bit taken over by youth groups who took all the sunbeds and the pool. Also avoid if you don't fancy a Friday night rave which is open to the public and hotel guests can like it or lump it. Same on the Saturday with flamenco night for public who completely took over and meant long queues at the bar for paying guests. RVHOTELS CENTRAL, Other at RVHotels Nautic Park, responded to this review Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you found some aspects of the hotel satisfactory, but we're truly sorry to learn that your stay was impacted by crowding and noise during peak season. We understand that large groups and public events can affect the comfort of some of our guests, and we are continuously working to improve the balance between creating a lively atmosphere and ensuring a relaxing experience for everyone.Your comments regarding the sunbeds, pool access, and bar queues have been noted and will be shared with management to review how we manage space and guest experience during high-occupancy periods and events. We do hope to welcome you back at a quieter time, when we can offer you a more peaceful and enjoyable stay.Kind regards,RV Hotels Nautic Park
