Location

This beach hotel is located close to the main beach at Pals and is about 6 km from the town centre. The location of the hotel allows guests to enjoy the countryside and explore the Costa Brava, while Girona City and the Dalí Museum are 45 km and 60 km away, respectively.

Facility

The hotel has 3 junior suites and 30 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Great small hotel near Begur

Very welcoming friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel special. I came on my own and Ariadna at reception and Sandra the manager did their utmost for me to have an enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated in a lovely garden with a nice pool. Breakfast is generous and fresh. Rooms are simple clean and comfortable and the electric blind to close out the light at night was much appreciated. This hotel is great for cycling groups and people who want to explore the region from a convenient location. Views of the sea and bay are stunning. I had this view to one side, from my terrace / and you get it from other vantage points, as you walk around the hotel and its grounds. There is a very nice girl, a lifeguard, in charge of the pool area. She dishes out the towels with a smile and gracefully skims the leaves off the surface. The pool is magnificent ..it's nice to use a pool that is so big, that you can just keep swimming in one direction ..for a while. It gets the sun across all of it, until nearly 7pm (in July). My room was massive / I think the building may have been used for something else in the past, as the ceiling is curved/ vaulted, like a wine cellar or factory. - It's cool though, it gives it character. The air conditioning was very efficient, and the bathroom was also great.The beach is very nice nearby/ It's 10 minutes or less, walking. As you walk along the beach, going north, I think it may be a designated nudist beach - there were certainly a lot of them! The area is very popular with the Dutch -It was a case of, 'spot the car', which doesn't have a yellow 'NL' number plate. For dinner I had a (local) fillet of beef and home made chips, then tarte tatin. - Very good, it was. The restaurant and bar staff are very nice. The man who checked me in was also very friendly. I had some clothes washed while I was here, so that was useful. I'm pretty sure that all the staff speak fluent English and French. The road this hotel sits on is very quiet, hardly ever a car goes up it. The other nearby roads are also pretty quiet. The lady I spoke with on checking out, was very charming and helpful/ She may be the boss, perhaps. She let me check out an hour later, as I had a blocked ear (/ inflamed ear?), and she gave me the address of a very good nearby Farmacia. Perfect find at very short notice

We urgently needed to find a Hotel six days before we travelled as our friends we were due to stay with were ill. We needed to find an adult only hotel with a large swimming pool near our friends' home. So what a wonderful find was Sa Punta! It ticked all our boxes. They made us so comfortable, we had a beautiful big room with a lovely balcony with the sea in the distance, huge pool charming garden and the staff were all very attentive. We appeared to be the only British people staying there but that did not matter in the least. The perfect week at Hotel Sa Punta

We had returned to Pals for a trip down memory lane, however, previously we had never stayed at Sa Punta. We were extremely impressed. Nothing was too much trouble for the super friendly and helpful staff. We couldn’t fault anything. We particularly loved the black out blinds, the power shower and the shaded area along side the pool. The pool itself is beautifully clean and jacuzzi bubbles were used a few times! The hotel had the perfect setting and location, the food was excellent and hopefully this won’t be our first and last trip.
