Location

This hotel may be found about 900 metres from the centre and around 1 km from the beach. A shuttle bus from the hotel to the beach and the shopping centre of Santa Susana runs every 30 minutes.     I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and the rooms need renovation. The food was terrible and lacked variety.The worst part was that my bag was stolen from the room, and the hotel staff did nothing to help. No one took responsibility for the situation.In addition, the employees were rude and unfriendly. The service was very poor, and I felt uncomfortable during my stay.Overall, I had a very negative experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We are not one's to complain but the hotel was clean and tidy.Owners have cut back on staff they were rushed off thier feet queues for the bar were horrendous FoodBreakfast was good but lunch and evening meal's were awful, we felt sorry for families as they were having to go out to eat as children had a choice of nuggets or pizza as they kept running out of chipsNo ice cream unless you paid tip tops were free.

    The entertainment here was brilliant to say we went out of season.Chica was amazing she brought such a vibe! However the rooms weren’t cleaned very often we was there 7 nights and it was cleaned once. The food was terrible and a big let down. It was the same every day only thing that changed is the sauce the fish was in. Even if u go at the beginning the food never tasted fresh. Ahmed on the bar was amazing!!! We loved him, so kind and funny

    Hotel very dated only decent meal of day is breakfast Drinks watered down and if you want branded spirit its 6 euros each.There are 2 public toilets one at pool the other is one floor up or down from restaurant or bar.The smoking of cannabis is horrendous and all in public areasThere is no entertainment apart from Sunday night karaoke. As for the beach it at least a 20 min hike and no good for people with walking difficulties. I hired a mobility scooter and got removed fro the shopping place because I had no proof of disability. Cleaning of rooms is dreadful. I know its only 3 star but its terrible.
