Iv been here for last 3/4 years only one yr I went to Pineda de mar , but this yr I left on 30sep and again iv come back poorly it’s been 7 weeks now and awaiting my second lot of antibiotics. Every time we go to this hotel we leave really poorly , I’m not going back again that’s for sure , the food is rubbish , had runs all time I was there , Yh the queues are nightmare , bar staff are too slow this year compared to previous years , bring old staff back I say it’s abismal there now , iv never been given leaving room codes iv always had to keep luggage with me , other wise it nice hotel it needs upgrading to all inclusive tho tbh . But if u don’t want to be ill id stay away

One to remember ( as the tunnel hotel) lol

    rating24 Oct 2025

I have to start saying this isn't a 4 ⭐ hotel as stated.Checking in late at 4pm ( some circumstances are different and might change like it was in my case). The do offer a Late Room place where you can drop your bags and shower. Can't comment on how safe it is.Prices for coffee & ice-cream are acceptable. Can't comment on anything else as I didn't have alcohol.Food was nice and tasty, freshly made in front of you. Some repetitive but that didn't bother me. Deserts were hit and miss, some very nice, others just basic.Plenty of stuff to choose from at breakfast and other dinner times. Everyone will find something to eat, I am sure !Breakfast time can be a bit hectic with just two coffee machines ...cues were formed. Massive cues at dinner time. I don't think that's acceptable in a 500+ rooms hotel.Cleaning is done daily , towels changed etc. Can't comment on decor, rooms as I am not bothered by them things. Beds were comfy, pillows fine (but that comes to personal choice). Shower pressure was great.Bring your own toiletries as you won't have anything here. Again....not a 4⭐hotel. Water not provided on arrival in rooms.Easy acces to the beach and back in using your room key card . Same goes for dinner times.Bare in mind that acces to this hotel is via a tunnel that sometimes can flood. I didn't know that so I arrived in reception with wet shoes, socks and jeans. No one told me there was another way in case the tunnel is flooded. If that happens, please walk a bit further down and you will see a better open space that gets you on the other side. . Look up for signs sending you towards the hotel. It's impossible to miss it . Found it on google maps the next day .Staff are mostly helpful and friendly ( the two girls on reception as I arrived - big thanks for helping me when I got there soaked 🙏), the one gentleman at the bar who brought my coffee all the way outside although I didn't need help - the two elder gentlemen at the entrance to dinner and some staff there - I am so sorry I didn't get your names. Some other are miserable but I understand, not everyone loves working whilst others are having fun. Your work is appreciated and your smiles go a long way. I known you work really hard!Checking out was easily but I wasn't asked if everything was ok which made me think no one cares .I feel like they don't care about customers , as long as money keep coming they don't care how we feel.Personally I although I loved the hotel and location I would not return.Tunnel, loud disco opposite, lack of care from the management and the fact that the massive cues were formed at dinner times are all big no nos for me.Rooms are basic but comfy. Pillows come in two different shapes which is great for different people. Extra duvets in the wardrobe if needed. Beds are nice, slept well. Shower pressure amazing. No toiletries, apart from a half bottle of generic shower gel in the shower and two mini bars of soap on the sink. No water in the fridge as you arrive. No kettle ( wasn't an issue for me- I am just making others aware). they clean and change towels daily.Nearby activities- Plenty of shops, beach just opposite the hotel. Disco at night opposite the hotel ( everyday till early hours of the morning ) . If you're a light sleeper don't book this hotel or bring earplugs. It will keep you awake . Barcelona is just an easy train ride for you to explore.Safety-Felt safe apart from coming through the tunnel under the rail track to make my way to the entrance of the hotel. It was flooded so I got soaked.i didn't realise at the time that there is another way to cross under. In the summer they were reports of people being robbed in the tunnel. Again, don't book this place if you're traveling solo or feel easily overwhelmed by dark , closed spaces. Keep your belongings close, your eyes pilled and don't engage with anyone in that tunnel.Walkability-Easy to walk everywhere.Food and drinks-Food was nice, some repetitive but don't bother me, can't comment on drinks as I didn't drink . Water&juice and coffee free with breakfast, you have to pay if you're having lunch or dinner for them even on full board. Prices are acceptable tho.Noteworthy detailsRemember don't book this place if you're expecting people to smile all the time at you, peace &quiet or don't like going under creepy , flooded tunnel to get to your hotel.

    Was a very Relaxing holiday

    rating15 Oct 2025

I booked through love holidays, and requested and paid extra for a sea view room,on arrival as a solo traveller,at 2am having to walk underground below train tracks was terrifying.when booking in i was told I was in a side sea view which is not what I paid for but was told to see manager the next day,my room was over looking the street and was kept awake till 6am from people coming home from clubs, love holidays where of no help and tried to tell me I was in a sea view room even after I showed them photos, after speaking to manager she was very helpful and moved me to a room that I initially requested, the hotel itself was beautiful and even the food was lovely and good selection.the downfalls tho is the pool closes at 6pm,and the price of drinks are extortionate.2.50 for a small bottle of water, and a strawberry daiquari was 10euro and the worst ive ever had it didnt even taste like one, local beer was 3.50 for half pint.over all I had a lovely and relaxing stay.id happily stay there again on my own as it was just to relax, but if it was a girls/family holiday it woukd cost a fortune if eating and drinking out everyday

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF FAULTY DOOR ON ENTRANCE

    rating06 Oct 2025

BEWARE!!! THIS HOTEL HAS A FAULTY DOOR ON ENTRANCE. my husband was injured here, and staff showed no compassion. Blood dripping down his face. Another guest also had doors close on him 10 minutes later. A warning sign was put on door, a sign of liability. Waiting on rep to advise on next steps.

    Unfortunately last time visiting

    rating05 Oct 2025

This will be our 5th time staying hotel Tahiti And unfortunately last. We decided to use the hotels suites they offer and vip package as we were travelling as a family of 5 kids older now so we booked 2 suites. First good parts of holiday Suites cleaned and fresh towels every dayFood in main restaurant very nice and managers who great you apon arriving always friendly and welcoming. Hotel has great location across from beach. Now the bad If you stay in suites it feels you are not part of main hotel. Reception within suites only open 9am to 5pm But while we stayed was only open 2 days the rest were closed. We booked full board and assumed we were eating every day in main restaurant in hotel but no you only eat there for lunch. Breakfast and dinner is in tiny restaurant within suites very limited choices compared to main restaurant. Pool is no longer family friendly we were told off by lifeguard for using ball in pool Not allowed The main negative reason is suites is directly across from a very loud and I mean LOUD HOTEL that plays music till 12am every night which echos around the whole of the suites Also on 3rd day elevator kept my sons awake most of night opening closing banging doors till 3am as was malfunctioning. my eldest son reported to main reception and was told will be fixed. I’m guessing it wasn’t because me and my young daughter were stuck in lift for over a hour. Next day Unfortunately because off all negative we will not be back. Hotel seems to cater to mostly seniors now also drinks in restaurant very expensive example €3.50 for 200ml coca-cola Shop across road 1litre €2.50And you are not allowed to bring your own drinks.
