DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It is not a safe place.

    rating19 Jul 2025

We just stayed at the Boutiqye 15 hotel this weekend. Things started out well enough but soon worsened.Positives- the hotel seems to have been refurbished fairly recently. - the staff at thevrestaurant are kind and courteous Negatives- at midnight, number of drunk guests wandering through the corridors- at 1AM, a staff member who called himself Abdel (or Abdoul), burst into our room whilst my wife and I were sleeping with one of said drink tourists accompanying him. - Abdel seemed to think it was hilarious the sight of myself and my wife running to the door in our underwear to stop them from entering as during this entire episode he was opening smiling and laughing in my face- clearly this drunken guest had forgotten their room number and stated that they needed yo access our room to the front desk. Very clearly, Abdel either didn’t check the hotel’s register or had received no training on how to use it- on top of the absolutely disgraceful nature of this intrusion, the unwarranted and uncalled for breaking into our room was performed whilst ignoring a do not disturb sign on the door and, more importantly, without knocking or any form of notification- we checked out immediately

    Enjoyable stay

    rating04 Oct 2024

The hotel is nice, with friendly staff and good food.Rooms are minimalist, clean and tidy, and our ensuite (501) was quite compact with a sliding door, and hand basin outside, so in the room. As others have noted the view from the balcony is nothing to write home about (see photo). Our shower door leaked badly in to the room, but this was vastly improved following a responsive maintenance visit. The TV had BBC News. The location is good, around 5 minutes walk from the seafront via a retail street, with a good choice of bars and restaurants. Weather was low 20's and mainly sunny for us.The pool is attractive, but very small - particularly as half of it is very shallow for the steps in. It's really for show and cooling off, not swimming. I imagine it would be difficult to get a space in peak season. Note the pool got afternoon sun in early October. We walked the coastal path in both directions - 14kmto Tossa one day and 11km to Blanes the next. Paths are undulating with steps and slopes (so wouldn't be suitable for mobility impaired) but very attractive. The bus back is 2 euro 60 per person single. We travelled with Easyjet to Barcelona and would caution others about the transfers. They tell you "you might have to wait up to an hour" and that the estimated journey time is "1 hour 40" but for us we had to wait nearly 2 hours before we departed (we got to the transfer desk at 2015, were told the earliest transfer was 2150, and it didn't actually leave until just before 2210). The journey time was also well over 2 hours in each direction. Also note the bus drops you in resort on a main road opposite a square which is 3-4 minutes walk to the hotel. When we were dropped (at gone midnight in the dark and rain) the driver couldn't even point us in the right direction!Overall a good minibreak, but if we were to return would use Jet2 in to (closer) Girona.

Lovely accommodation, friendly staff and an all round good holiday. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. Food was very good with so much choice. We ate breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool and sun deck were clean and tidy. Bar area was a nice relaxing space.

Mr R Hart. The hotel room's were very small but cleaned every day i stayed in number 413 the safe was free aircon was free the view was terrible looked into people's back yards. The food was always cold the staff were to interested in the Spanish so you weren't noticed + if you wanted water you had to pay for it I could go on and on long story short . I definitely would not go back to this hotel. Yours.mr R Hart

I stayed at the 15th Boutique Hotel for 1 week during September '24. I picked this hotel due to how lovely it looked and as it was a solo trip, i felt it looked a small enough hotel that wouldn't be overwhelmingly busy.Firstly, i would like to compliment the staff, particularly the waiters and waitresses, who were all very friendly and didn't stop during the whole meal services. The whole of the downstairs area of the hotel i.e. the reception, dining area and bar were all beautiful and very aesthetic. The location of the hotel is great, a short walk from the beach, the old town busy shopping area and the bars. It's also a 2 minute walk from the main bus station, where you can take a bus from Lloret to Barcelona.I booked the hotel due to it's reviews about the amazing food, sadly, although there was many choices, the food wasn't to my taste and there wasn't much i enjoyed. However, there was always something for everyone and this could be due to my own food preferences. There were lots of others on solo trips, which i really liked as a solo trip around lots of groups can sometimes be a little daunting, it was nice to see that others had also chosen the hotel for a solo trip. I found the room i was allocated (414) disappointing, especially compared to the photos online - the room was very bare with a wet room style bathroom. The tiles on both the floor and the walls had seen better days and i didn't particularly like the wet room style. The sink was tiny and meant i was soaking myself when i tried to wash my face in it. There wasn't anywhere to get ready on an evening, i.e a desk with a mirror and the only mirror was in the bathroom, which wasn't ideal when it was steamed up due to taking a shower. I felt there wasn't much space for storage and had to get ready on the bed as the furniture on the balcony wasn't comfy and was also rather tatty. The balcony itself was large, but there wasn't a view - i appreciate due to the location, this isn't the hotels fault and feel many hotels in Lloret would be the same. The room i stayed in also backed onto the lift and i could hear it constantly during the night, the walls seemed very thin and i could hear everything, from people being loud in the corridor to the person next door using the shower. Overall, i feel my stay at the 15th Boutique Hotel was average and if i were to revisit Lloret in the future, i wouldn't choose to stay here.
