You get what you pay for. No frills. Great location. Give Carmelo a promotion.

Location is great. Close to the beach and restaurants. I travelled with my sister. We had separate rooms. We were placed across the street feim the main building. I had room 4401. It was incredibly small. The bathroom was tiny. The bath tub was the size of a big sink. I had a single bed. It reminded me of a hotel in Turkey that I stayed in 25 years ago. I would not call this set up a 4 star hotel. The decor was giving 1970s vibes. That being said, it was clean and good value for money. We requested extra pillows and Carmelo was incredibly helpful in providing these. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, Carmelo was friendly and helpful throughout. His service should be the go to standard for every employee there and beyond. The girl on reception who told my sister to go back to the room and call on the phone to request extra pillows should absolutely learn how treat paying guests in a better manner. Being a huge baked bean addict, I was disappointed that they only made one appearance at breakfast during our 4 night stay.

Stayed 23/07/26 - 30/07/26Hotel was lovely and clean, maid service everyday, rooms are basic but had everything we needed (only thing i wasn't keen on was the balcony view, we stayed in room 205 and you cant see anything other than trees, but didnt spoil it, just personally would prefer a better view) staff were all fantastic, from reception staff to bar and restaurant staff they were all really helpful, happy, attentive. We were all inclusive and there was plenty food breakfast was great plenty choice, lunch was good plenty choice, dinner was ok just a bit repetitive (although the soups were all lovely) location was fantastic 3 - 4 minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants, I will 100 percent return, so today all the staff thank you.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the reception staff made us feel truly welcome — a huge thank you to Hiba, Carmelo, and Suzana who were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and throughout our stay they were always on hand to assist with anything we needed, which set the perfect tone for our entire holiday.A special mention also has to go to the bar team, particularly Alome and Natalia, who were simply outstanding. Their professionalism was evident from day one — they crafted incredible cocktails and drinks, clearly taking real pride in their work. What made them stand out even more was how attentive they were, always checking in to see if there was anything else we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble.The whole atmosphere they created at the bar made our evenings truly memorable. We left feeling relaxed, well looked after, and already thinking about coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great holiday with exceptional staff. Thank you to the whole team — you made our trip!
