  Absolutely sets the bar for a budget hotel. Clean, convenient, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We've been in a dozen budget hotels over the last 2 weeks and this has been, by far, the best!

  You won’t find better customer service, in fact I’d go so far as to call it “customer care” or “guest care” as they go WAY BEYOND any kind of expectation you could assume -and I’m including the high-dollar places I tend to normally stay. They were great about my bringing my cat along (she’s 17 and can’t be left alone - Persians don’t typically live this long) and even trusted us although all their pet friendly rooms were taken she’d never make a mess nor be damaging (she is declawed per her first family 16 years ago, and Persians tend to do nothing but sit around looking pretty).Rooms are great, breakfast and lobby great. Everything as great, and beyond if you take into account how they care for their guests.

  Not so good breakfast. Very bad Heat/Air units. Nice personnel.Was not told there was remodeling going on until arrival. they said only room available was on2nd floor due to remodeling, and no elevator.

  The TV the volume.didmt work, but the guy at the front desk came amd.fixed it!!! Room was nice , but no pay per-view!!! Other than that it was nice!!!

  They had turned the fan on in the room and the air conditioning off. The whole hotel was hot. We turned the air on and it was blowing cold but it was like it was on low and would not kick on any higher. They did bring us a fan but it was cooler outside than inside the motel. It was 87 that day outside.
