    RegrettableRoom in very poor condition. We found used underwear inside a closet, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell throughout the room, we had no hot water, and the room's phone didn't even work to contact reception.Additionally, there was dampness, water-damaged furniture, stains on the walls and ceiling, and a clear lack of maintenance. At night we requested blankets, and they told us they did not have any, providing us only with two sheets.The worst part was the lack of solutions. At the beginning, we were made to wait at the management office, then they asked us for more time again, and in the meantime, we continued without a real solution.We are attaching photographs because the situation was very different from what we expected.     I stayed in an apartment not in the hotel. The apartment was very old and spoiled, needs urgent renovation, especially the bathroom, plus it was all very dirty, the only good the facilities outside.     Incredible coves within walking distance, comfortable pool, more than acceptable breakfast, lovely staff. Absolute relaxation in places where few remain, with parking and no crowds. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. View originals.

    Very basic, cold and no homely touches. No duvets or blankets, we had to ask for blankets. No heating so we had to pay a deposit of €20 for a small heater that wasn't very effective. The cooker had a broken knob. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the beach that was close by.

    We went to an amazing Romainian wedding here on our first night in Alcossebre.The food kept coming out all night as did the drinks.Each platter was explained to us as i had never tried baby octopus before(lovely mmm) even calamari was great and not rubbery.The staff are a credit to the hotel and gave Ille and his new bride a great start to married life,Thanks alot
