2026 and no Wi-Fi in the room

Hotel looks very good from the outside, but inside it's not the same.The hotel is old, smart TVs in the suite but no Wi-Fi in the room. The mattresses are too hard, the cleaning leaves something to be desired (we stayed 10 days) A small fridge in the suite Only the breakfast and the evening meal are passable Drinks are extra, €3 on average.Dogs are allowed, so barking is allowed from 7:30 a.m. in the morning until 9:30 p.m. in the evening.The pool is well maintained and the beach is 150m away (lots of pebbles) and the beautiful sandy beach is 1.5 km away.No bar in the hotel to have a drink in the evening.For one night it's okay, for 10 days you get tired of it €2048 Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr. Excellent treatment from the staff.

We stayed 6 days at the hotel, they accommodated us in two very spacious and comfortable rooms (suites), ideal for getting around with electric wheelchairs.The staff was very friendly, especially XAVI, to whom I send my regards, who had the afternoon shift in the dining room and who assisted us at all times with uncommon kindness and professionalism. Also mention Melina who always had a pleasant smile on her face, in general all the staff treated us very well.As for the dinners, good, you cannot ask for more for the price it has, a pity that they only served dinners and not lunches.In general it was a very pleasant stay. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The room was fine, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. It is in an area with not many dining options nearby, and the hotel does not have a café. A hot beverage machine, advertised as a coffee shop, that did not work, and a cold beverage machine that was not restocked and almost never had water. Adding to that, the refrigerator in the room did not cool, making it impossible to have something cold during the heatwave. Disappointing

Very basic, cold and no homely touches. No duvets or blankets, we had to ask for blankets. No heating so we had to pay a deposit of €20 for a small heater that wasn't very effective. The cooker had a broken knob. Very disappointing. The only good thing was the beach that was close by.

We went to an amazing Romainian wedding here on our first night in Alcossebre.The food kept coming out all night as did the drinks.Each platter was explained to us as i had never tried baby octopus before(lovely mmm) even calamari was great and not rubbery.The staff are a credit to the hotel and gave Ille and his new bride a great start to married life,Thanks alot
