    I stayed here and had a good experience. The room was clean, and the price was good. For some reason my diamond member food and beverage credit didn't automatically applied, so I had to say something, but they quickly fixed the problem. I would stay here again.

    A huge thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn Tysons. Their amazing staff, service, and hospitality made our company event a success. We requested a room block and ended up reserving 148 room nights for a week in March without any flaws. The shuttle service was a plus. The Director of Sales was very reliable, attentive, flexible and very supportive of all our needs. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Tysons 100% percent if you are planning to host an event and need hotel rooms.

    I have stayed here a few times and every stay has been great with no issues. I particularly like the underground parking that is accessed by your room key. I will say the only negative is there is not a lot of space to park during check in. Centrally located in Tysons Corner and close to DC.

    Jeannie was extremely helpful and friendly during check-in! She made sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

    I had a reservation made several days in advance, in a specific area that was essential for my trip. Despite that, the hotel canceled my reservation at the last minute and placed me in a completely different area — one that was not suitable or convenient for me at all.Because of this lack of responsibility, I had to find another hotel on my own, last minute, and cover all additional expenses. I even had to pay for the Uber from the airport to the hotel I originally booked, where I couldn’t even stay, since they canceled without offering any proper solution. To make matters worse, they did not refund me for any of the inconvenience they caused.A frustrating experience, with no support, no accountability, and no respect for the customer. I do not recommend this hotel.
