4 stars rooms but remaining facilities are 2-3 stars!

This can't be a 4 stars hotel because hotel force you to select 45 minutes slots for entering the restaurant, otherwise you lose your right and you can't eat the meal, long queues always waitin apprx 4-5 minutes to get in. Rooms are good as 4 stars quality fresh and clean, pool is super small. The pool can't belong to a 4 stars hotel. 99 percent of staff here including reception don't speak proper English. Retired people in majority if you are young and want to have fun then you must select another hotel.Food was good and tasty for us. The reception was nice and helpful. As well as the waitresses at the restaurant - always quick and efficient.I liked the two room apartment, but the cleaning has to be improved for sure.The food selection was not big, but there always something for me to choose from. The quality was rather an average... Breakfasts were quite simple and the main disappointment was coffee.The location was good as for me. You can walk to different sides by the beach or by the promenade. And the are is more peaceful than the part near the castle.On the last day I had a cleaning checking at 9 am if I already had left the room. Although, our group was supposed to check out only at 10 am.Was the price paid it was a good quality for money, but not for repeating. Acuasol NOT - only secondary property Aparthotel Jardines del Plaza

We never got to stay at Acuasol. That Hotel was closed for the season, can only assume due to lack of reservations (or it closes EVERY end of Season). They shifted us to Aparthotel Jardines del Plaza, another property adjacent to the ZHotel property Hotel Peñiscola Plaza Suites. It had a great location across from the Beach, but farther down the beach, away from the downtown area. Older unit, with very limited kitchen appliances and a funky heat pump system, Charged 10 Euro per day parking in the garage. It was OK, but cannot in good conscience recommend to anyone to stay at that specific property.

No free parking. Even when u pay at resort they let others park in the spot you paid. House keeper trying to sneak in my room glad I was there. Dirty bathroom wet towels on arrival l. When you do timeshare exchange they always give you bad room locations like near elevator lots noise. No rules on dining you can cough pick your nose touch food and no one says anything.
