  Worst hotel ever

  This is about the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The indoor pool is NOT heated. It was also very dirty. The staff is rude. We had to wait an hour past check in time to actually get to check in- they weren’t ready.   We stayed here for a couple of nights whilst my husband was here on business. Great hotel. Plenty of free parking and really close to the beautiful centre of Granbury. Easily within walking distance to the restaurants etc. we had a lake view which is a must. The beds were super comfy and rooms nice and clean. Staff friendly. If I had to be picky the only thing I would say is that their was no bath mat one day but there was the next. And they did not replace the coffee pods. But that’s all minor and an easy fix.   Excellent Service in the Restaurant

  We enjoyed our stay. Wanted to give our highest rating to our server "Judy". She served us Saturday and Sunday for Breakfast and did a great job. We had a party of 6 so she was hustling, She was so kind and personable. I hope this is reflected in her evaluations.   Best Breakfast Ever

  The highlight of my last day at the Hilton in Granbury was breakfast, entirely because of the chef, Catlan. He went above and beyond to make my meal exactly how I wanted it, paying close attention to every detail. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and his professionalism and skill really made the experience special. Catlan is an exceptional asset to the Hilton!
