This hotel is situated in the exclusive Las Fuentes area, right by the beach. The resort centre with its diverse shopping and entertainment facilities as well as the town's harbour with water sports opportunities is only 1 km from the hotel. Valencia airport is approximately 125 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 207 rooms, including 206 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Lovely hotel, quiet and relaxing

    We loved this hotel, it had a very Spanish clientele, a far cry from the ‘brits abroad’ vibe which is exactly what we wanted to avoid. Lots of shops and bars shut with it being October but we had a car and had great fun exploring this beautiful area. A short walk (15 mins) into Alcossebre and lots more bars and restaurants were open. If you want a more Spanish hotel and resort then this is perfect .     Items left in room not returned by hotel staff

    We stayed here for one night and checked out on October 31st. A few hours after check out, I realised I had left my Apple AirPods in the room. I immediately phoned the number listed on the hotel website to ask them to retrieve them from the room. I was told that I had to send an email, so I did that straight away to the email address I was given. I received no response from the hotel so I emailed again the following day. I also sent a picture confirming that the last place my Airpods were located was in room 431 in the hotel which was confirmed on my ‘find my AirPods’ phone App. Despite phoning the hotel, emailing twice and sending photo evidence of their location, the hotel has still not responded. AirPods are expensive items and I knew exactly where I had left them in the room, yet the hotel has not been bothered to respond to me. I can only assume that my AirPods are being kept by the hotel staff and that the hotel does not take protection of customers property seriously.     Nice clean hotel in a great location but suited to families not couples.

    This hotel is in a great location, facing Las Fuentes beach and has a nice pool area. There were plentry of sunbeds available but the pool area is quite small so they are pretty close together. The check in went smoothly and our room had a nice view overlooking the pool and sea The room was very clean and had two 3/4 beds, to fit these in it meant that one was pushed right up against the window and was obviously a put up bed and not very stable. The bathroom was large, clean with a big walk in shower and plenty of space to put toiletries etc. One downside to the roon was that it was on the first floor directly over the bar which has live acts etc and is very noisy until around 12.00. The hotel is a very family orientated hotel which was fine nut as we were a couple it was not really suited to us. The breakfast was like being at Butlins where you had to queue to get in and vey crowded. The hotel offered a free drink on arrival which we thought was nice until we realised it was a sugary non acholic cocktail, they also charged for pool towells which I have not normally experienced in a 4* hotel. En relación a la espera para acceder al buffet del desayuno, siempre les aconsejamos seguir los horarios de acceso recomendados para evitar esperar o que se junten muchas personas en poco tiempo, ya que en ocasiones puntuales hay horarios más frecuentados que otros.
