Stayed at the main building on the 4th floor at 402 the room itself with bedding quality was good. Staff should improve theirs English language level which is essential. Only Claudia from reception, Maria from restaurant and a couple of bartender at pool bar speaks English. If you are an English speaker you ll need to find them )) Apart of language barrier, they all are nice and friendly people. You feel like you are in a small community neighbourhood. During the stay Entertainment team (Animacion) never speaks English language which is really rude against British hotel guests, because i talked one of them and she speaks English well tbh. Whenever they anounce for an event they only talk/anounce in Spanish! The hotel management should warn them because we were total of 4 British citizen who stayed there and they never came even say hello. And "entertainment" is mostly focused for kids unfortunately. At least, we were expecting some shows at night time. Apart of that you can borrow pool/sea towels from reception against 10 Euros deposit per towel which is really ?? Food was NOT repetitive during our stay, hotel feeded us every day with nice foods. For 3 stars hotel buffet we can't complain the buffet which was decent and fair. Good offer; 4 x bottled 5cl J&B whisky, 4x Bottled coke, 2 x 0.5 water and a pack of crisp only 25Euros!?? Decent size pool, not small as some other 3-4 stars Spanish hotels. sea is less than 30 seconds walk Annex building is newer and larger than main building room which all have large balconies, but main building rooms has no balcony unfortunately. So next time i am going to stay at annex building for sure!I believe entertainment staff could improved very quickly. Therefore this small issue did not impact my review score.Would we stay at Hotel Alcossebre again, the answer is "yes"! On arrival the staff were so friendly, gentleman on reception could speak very good English.The lady in the restaurant was always smiling on arrival to eat.The apartment was perfect lovely views , house keeping were brilliant.The pool was fabulous my little ones loved it.Honestly was one of the best holidays in a long time, very good price and food was brilliant.All staff are amazing! Once again we had a delightful relaxing stay at what has become one of our favourite hotels stay. The Manager and staff are welcoming and efficient and always on hand to serve. The bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and the sea views change from one hour to another. Its the perfect relaxing refreshing hotel to unwind and enjoy a well deserved holiday. The food in this place is fantastic! Walk-ins welcome. Sea front view. Great paella. A great buffet overall. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. A lovely experience in the restaurant without even being resident there. The staff is amazing .!!

Had 3 days at this beautiful place.My first experience was at the arrival with the receptionist Mr. internship Bernardo from Portugal ???? Great welcome and service from his site, the room was not ready when I arrived, but I was quickly offered a drink in the pool bar on the house.And then Bernardo came after 15 min with the key and informed me the was available now.The young man in the pool-bar (do not remember his name) Was a fresh guy, good service and professional approach.The restaurant manager, (The nice lady that was setting people when arrival at the restaurant for lunch and Dinner)Had an amazing personality, not only towards meBut also when the family with kids was arriving to the restaurant.All in all an amazing experience fromthe staff, they all made me feeling more than welcome, and I did not feel alone even though I was there by my self.The bad site. Outdated rooms, the food is notUp to standard, to much waiting time for getting access to restaurant.
